- "Great location Property was of a very high standard Would definitely go back" - "Avoid !! Whilst The Shepherd's Hut itself is beautifully presented ant to a high standard the whole experience could not be further from an escape. The Hut is set 20 yards from the side of the hotel and very overlooked. We had hotel guests playing football and walking dogs right in front of the the Shepherd's Hut. There is no where to cook or heat food as they really want you to eat in the hotel - which is totally at odds with the idea of glamping. They also advertise that there is Internet in the Hut, which there is not. This is really an extension of the hotel - yet without the conveniences of the hotel and yet is marketed as an escape. I asked for a refund or some form of compensation and was told to contact the owner - who never responed. Avoid !!"

Situated on the second floor, this fresh twin guest room has an exposed 13th Century roof truss which was originally the roof of the Banqueting Hall below it. This spacious room enjoys a wonderful free-standing oval bathtub large enough for two and a private en-suite wet-room and WC tucked under the eaves. With its Westerly views, the sea can be seen across the terraced lawns and the fields beyond.

We'll make a request for a security deposit of £100 for your booking to cover the cost of cleaning and replenishing the hot tub where the house rules have not been followed. This will be requested through AirBnB's resolution centre and returned to you once we have checked the hot tub with you on your departure.

Dan y Ffawydden, which means under the beech, is tucked away in a private corner of our family farm. It has stunning panoramic views and plenty of space to run around and play. It sleeps up to six people in two doubles and a set of bunks. It has a kitchen, bathroom and its own private hot tub too!
