'Chiyo-ni’ is the name we have given our beautiful hut The cabin is a unique contemporary space lovingly hand-made. We commissioned her following a visit to Japan where our daughter lives and works. Chiyo-ni has elements of Japanese inspired design such as Shou sugi ban'; simple, organic, sophisticated, functional.

Chiyo-ni has a king-size bed with French linen bedding and wool Devon duvets. There is a hot-shower with quality organic toiletries. A well equipped kitchen with fridge and beautiful artisan tiles. The cabin has a wood- burner for heating and wi- fi throughout.
All our accommodation is off-grid without compromising on comfort and luxury. Solar power provides phone chargers, lighting, hot showers, DAB Roberts radio. There is fresh filtered spring-water to drink and a wood burning fire with a complimentary basket of wood.

We have planted a garden edged with fern and acer with a pond, outside seating area and hammock.
You have your own wood-fired hot tub and a complimentary box of wood. You are welcome to bring your own extra wood or we can provide more at cost price.
It is less than a minutes walk to the off-grid spring-fed spa where you can enjoy hot-cold therapy with a Finnish style wood-fired sauna with cold dips in the pond or cold plunge tank. So refreshing and so good for you. This comes at an extra cost. When you book this for a morning afternoon or evening - the space will be exclusively yours. The sauna sits next to the steps to the leisure pond.
Join with other swimmers early Friday evening or for a cold swim on Saturdays and Sunday mornings from September to May.

Oakhill Ponds is a 25 acre off-grid retreat site with large ponds, together an acre in size where the water rises fresh from the Mendip Hills.

The site is not suitable for young children under 12 and children of any age should not be left unattended around deep water. Our policy is that no under 12 year olds can stay on the main site. If booked as a whole site the walled garden can accomodate children.
We supply a complementary basket of wood, kindling & firelighters to make the hut cozy on your first night but please consider bringing your own wood for the hot tub and additional nights heating. We can sell you more wood if you need it.

The lodge has a large and fully equipped kitchen including oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer as well as utensils and dining sets for at least 10 people. A special wine cooler will keep your favourite bottles stored just at the right temperature.
Next to the kitchen is the living room with an expansive sofa, which can be extended into a double bed, and 43-inch smart TV.
A master bedroom is on the ground floor with a king-size bed and toilet & shower room next door.
You can exit into the paved garden through a door at the back of the house, where you'll find a barbeque and table & chairs ready for some al fresco dining when the sun comes out.
Upstairs guests you will find three more bedrooms, a second master bedroom boasting a super-king double bed, one room with two zip and link singles that can be joined to form a super-king double bed, and one twin room with two single beds. A family bathroom with a bath, shower and toilet is also on the first floor.
The property has been elegantly refurbished in a classic contemporary style in keeping with the mid-19th century building’s heritage and Gothic architectural detail.
There is wifi throughout the house and private off-street parking for two cars. There is also free on-street parking, but finding spaces can be a challenge sometimes.
There is CCTV monitoring the car park and the outside of the house.
The lodge is just 25 minutes walk along the River Avon from Bath’s historic centre making it a great Bath city break base.

Located less than 20 minutes from Bath, 15 minutes from Longleat and 10 minutes from Frome, the Clock House is a beautiful 2-3 bedroom converted stable block featuring it's own private 'picnic island' that the cottage overlooks. The Clock House is located within the grounds of the hosts home; Church Farm. You will drive through the front garden of Church Farm to access your private parking and cottage. Once parked up, enter through the large black wooden gate and close it behind you for total privacy. The key to the front door is located in a key lock store on the wall right by the door.
