A/C and heater way too noisy. Check in is late at 4:00pm (and not before, even if you call the day before and ask if possible to check in earlier), check out is at 11:30am (and they make sure to let you know at check in that you must leave the room by 11h30). I think, depending on which day you check in and who is checking you in you will probably have a different experience at thisbhotel. It would need more consistency throughout the property and service standards according to what the end goal of the hotel is (luxury, 4stars, or rather I would say a good 3stars). At the end, we expected a luxury hotel, but it's not."
