Comfortable and bright, our two bedroom seaside flat is just 2 minutes from the sea, and very close to the independent shops, cafes and pubs of Kemptown Village. The flat is situated in a superb location, close enough to easily reach the main bustle and attractions of the centre of town but chilled enough to live like a local, by the sea.

The space
Kemptown is a wonderful place to visit at any time of year. This part of the beach is preferred by locals and with the addition of the new Sea Lanes development on the beach which includes a 50m outdoor heated lap pool, yoga studio, Bison Beach bar and beach sauna, it's the perfect place to spend the Summer months and watch the sun rise or go down!
In winter it's great to wrap up for a beach walk and spend some time cosying up in one of the great nearby pubs or cafes.

You're just a few minutes from the beach and the sea and you can walk into the centre of Brighton for shopping, culture, nightlife etc in around 10 minutes.

The Royal Sussex hospital and Brighton College are nearby.

The flat is located on the 3rd floor of the building, reached by the lift or stairs and is all on one level. You can see the floor plan in the photos to give you the layout.

Living area:
The open plan living and kitchen area is spacious and tastefully decorated, the perfect space to relax after a day of adventure in Brighton. There is a 3 seater-sofa plus 2 armchairs, and a dining table, which seats 4. The TV has access to iPlayer, Netflix, and the other standard apps. You can sit, relax and watch the sea from the armchair in the bay window.

Kitchen:
The social kitchen has plenty of space to cook and has all the amenities you will need. There's a Nespresso machine and tea and coffee is provided.

Bedrooms:
The bedrooms are comfortable with white linen and towels. There is plenty of storage for your personal belongings and a hairdryer is provided.

* Bedroom 2 has twin beds.


Bathroom:
The bathroom is modern and has a shower over the bath, sink and a toilet.

Washroom:
There is a second smaller bathroom with a toilet and sink

The flat is clean and clutter free, with towels, bedding, toiletries, tea, coffee and washing up essentials provided.

Guest access
Guest will have access to the entire home. There is a lift in the building to the third floor, so no climbing of stairs, unless you prefer to.

Other things to note
We have a garage for parking a small car. For ref, we can comfortably fit a VW Polo and a Peugeot Estate is a tight fit but possible. Please check the size is suitable before booking.
