There is a CAMRA-registered pub opposite and a great breakfast and dirty burger restaurant within a minute’s walk. Tesco express right round the corner. The room itself is a bit small, but has all you need for a short stay, and there’s a nice big car park for the building, too. Despite the nightlife on the doorstep, the neighbourhood and streets are pretty quiet - there were a few loud cars and motorcycles running through the streets at night, but nothing too disruptive. The building is in good condition. All in all, we enjoyed our stay."

The Crib is tucked away in the historic coastal Norfolk village of Happisburgh. The Ramblers is in the village of Brundall, 6 miles east of the historical city of Norwich and in the heart of the Norfolk Broads. The accommodation is completely self contained and forms the ground floor front part of the building (the owners home is at the rear of the building). Situated on a quiet private road, the property is close to the village railway station with links into Norwich, Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft. Norwich is just a 10 train minute journey. Road links are good as Brundall is located just off the main A47 and the village also benefits from regular bus services.
With two bedrooms, the master features a King size bed, TV with free view, dressing table, double wardrobe, a hairdryer and blackout curtains. A travel cot can also be provided if required. The second bedroom has a zip link bed so can be set up as a twin or double room depending on your preference. The Garden House is a newly converted eco barn which sits in a secluded and tranquil setting close to the 14th Century church, the village green and a short stroll from the award winning and dog friendly village pub, the Banningham Crown.
Situated within it's own fully enclosed garden, The Garden House is very dog friendly and we like to spoil our guests' four legged friends when they come to stay so we provide items to use during your stay to make the holiday easy and relaxing such as:
Water/feed bowls, feeding mat, leads, treats, toys, crates, holiday tags, poo bags/bins, towels, sofa throws and much more. We also provide information on the best dog friendly walks, beaches, etc.
The Garden House is in a great location with easy access to beautiful beaches, the Broads and Norwich and offers a real escape from it all.
The house has been lovingly restored and features underfloor heating, bespoke fittings and fixtures, a luxurious wet room with double shower, stunning kitchen with quartz worktop and a fully glazed wall which opens directly onto a large, secluded south/west facing terrace. The house is in a great location with easy access to beautiful beaches, the Broads and Norwich and offers a real escape from it all.
The building is all on one level and features a large living room with kitchen area which is flooded with light from the floor to ceiling glass wall on the south/west elevation. This provides direct access to the outside terrace via the large sliding glazed doors.
There is a well equipped kitchen with built in cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing/drying machine, Nutribullet and Nespresso coffee machine as well as ample cupboard space. The dining table and comfortable chairs are perfect for romantic meals at home or you could let someone else do the work and hire a local chef to come and cook a special meal for you - this information and details of the many fantastic local restaurants we recommend can be found in our digital welcome guide!
The living room also has comfortable sofas for you to relax and snuggle down for an evening in front of the television which has Netflix and Sky packages so that you can catch up on some box sets! It's also the perfect place to unwind with spa treatments or a yoga session - all of which can be undertaken in house, with recommendations on our bespoke digital welcome guide.
The bedroom is accessed via the living room and has a luxury king size Hypnos bed, built in wardrobe and its own separate access to the south facing terrace. The bed has a luxury topper, crisp white sheets and we supply fluffy white towels, bath robes and complimentary toiletries.
There is a stylish and spacious en-suite wet room which features a large 2 person shower area and drench digital power shower.
Even though The Garden House is in a secluded, tranquil location in a small village it does benefit from super fast broadband so you needn't miss any work emails .... or you could turn your phone off, relax and enjoy the peace and quiet!
The outside space comprises a large south/west facing terrace with teak outdoor dining furniture and a barbeque for al fresco summer meals. There are sun loungers for early evening cocktails or lazy summer days.
We also supply a comprehensive welcome hamper so that you can relax the moment you arrive. Your holiday can start straight away with a cup of tea and piece of home-made cake, or something stronger if you prefer!

My apartment is a generous one bedroom apartment with a very comfortable king size bed . The plan living area includes a large comfortable sofa , designated work space and dining for four people . There is a large television and super fast WiFi enabling working from home . The rest of the apartment is well appointed with everything you would expect, the kitchen has a washer / dryer , a dishwasher and a microwave aswell as oven . The bathroom has a shower over the bath and all toiletries and linen is provided. In terms of parking this is included and is on site and secure and additional spaces could be provided on request. Breakfast is included and there are options for this . Special rates and packages available for contractors and business travellers.

The house is located in a heart of Norwich and is within walking distance to the majority of restaurants, fresh markets, and supermarkets.
This cosy apartment is located in the central area of Norwich with a city centre on its doorstep. All the main transport routes are 1 minute away if you do decide to explore Norfolk Broads.
If you are visiting with your friends or family we suggest you walk by the riverside until you reach Kett's Heights for the best sunsets with Norwich city skyline. It takes around 30 minutes to walk by the river, but every minute of that is worth the view.
However, Norfolk is a big area, with many things to see and do. We suggest to take a city sightseeing bus tour with an open-top double-decker bus.
To make the most of your trip, we always recommend guests hire their own transport to see all Norfolk has to offer.
And one of the cheapest rates for car hire that we found is “Norwich Car Hire” - we suggest you book your car as soon as possible to make sure you do not miss the opportunity.

-The room is very basic but it has all what's needed for short stay

The bedroom is equipped with a comfy queen size bed with new mattress, set of drawers and wardrobe. There is also a hair-dryer to save you having to carry yours.
Bathroom with a shower which is located meters away from room is shared between us. I will provide towels and shower gel / shampoo.
There are no pets in here.
I will provide coffee, tea, milk and filtered water + microwave.
Public street parking (limited time) and parking lots (for about 5 pounds per day) available in city centre.
You have option to park a car for free. Controlled Hours for parking on Ber street and they are: Monday - Saturday 7.30am - 6.30pm and it costs 30p per 15 minutes. Maximum stay 1 hour, no return 2 hours.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the whole house Except our bedrooms and living room unless you stay for a longer time. Please note that there is not a lock on the guest door however I will never enter the room during your stay unless there is an emergency or you request it for cleaning.
Please note that there are stairs in the house leading to second floor. The house is not suited to those with mobility problems.

We will most likely be in the house when you are so happy to have a chat and provide recommendations, maps and travel stories.

This is the master bedroom in a flat located in the very center of Norwich city. The room is located on the street side, so you can expect some street noise, but it dies down in the evening.
Guest access
You will have full access to your bedroom, including all storage space in it. The toilet and bathroom are together, and this space is shared between you and other guests. You will have full access to the kitchen, so you can store your food in the fridge and cook your meals there.
Other things to note
We recommend you to use the shower in the evening to avoid wait time in the morning as that's the time when everyone wants to get out of the house quickly.

Single bedrooms, perfect for short stays. The building has a great central location, only 5 minutes away from the city! There are shops & local amenities nearby. There is a communal kitchen/lounge should you want to cook for yourself. Please note this is a single room in a shared 7 bedroom apartment. Communal facilities such as kitchen/ Toilet / shower are shared between guests & residents & these areas are cleaned once a week so may not be clean upon arrival but the bedrooms are always cleaned.

Soak up the sun in this bright and cosy top floor apartment. Situated in the popular historic market town of Reepham. Our guests love this beautiful Norfolk hot spot. It is the perfect base for exploring all Norfolk has to offer, including the Norfolk Broads National Park. And is just 13 miles from the fine city of Norwich.
