Only a couple of points, there is no draws in the room, so you have to leave the small things on show. We never had breakfast, as we know the area, having lived there for 12 years, but at €25 euros seems quite expensive. " - "Liked this property. Rooms were compact but very clean and cleverly designed to maximise space, although the bathroom areas were a little cramped. The shower was open to the room separated by just a curtain and a 2-way mirror, so not too much privacy, in case that might be an issue for you. But the whole space was nicely decorated and thought out. Beds were comfortable, and again sensible design allows you to store a number of suitcases easily in the room. Only real thing missing from the room was a bedside table. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the grounds/garden were really nice to spend time around. It is walking distance into the town, with the immediate environs consisting of mediaeval streets as if they hadn't been touched in hundreds of years. We didn't choose breakfast (€22) so cannot comment on the quality but it did look like a reasonable spread of a continental breakfast. The gym area was not so useful, a small room with 3 machines in it, but at least there is one. Would definitely return for a short stay, although the rooms may be a little too compact for longer stays. "

- "Nice sized living areas, all clean and furniture in good condition. Reasonably well equipped kitchen, but some instructions for the oven/microwave would have been handy! The only thing we really didn't like was that the only place to dry laundry was in the cellar, which left a damp smell on our clothes. All in all this was a relatively minor inconvenience, and did not stop us enjoying our holiday." - "We stayed for four weeks and everything about the house was comfortable and convenient. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you could need for daily cooking or having guests over for dinner. The three bedrooms and bathroom were plenty of space for us. And the living room and solarium and backyard meant everybody had space for themselves. It’s only a few minute walk to the Heverlee train station, which is a five minute train ride to Leuven and from there you can go anywhere in Europe. We rented electric bikes while we were there and it was only a few minute ride into the center of Leuven or anywhere throughout Leuven. From the beginning, communication with the owner was easy and clear. Everything about all of the logistics went smoothly. The neighborhood itself is a very good neighborhood. Lots of quiet families. All the streets are deadend streets so no through traffic or noise. We would highly recommend this place to anybody who would like to be in a comfortable house near Leuven. But please do not go during the weeks we want to come back. We are already planning our next trip!"

It was on a busy urban street, so if it wasn’t midnight revelers keeping you awake at all hours, it was the garbage truck collecting glass at 4 or 5 am."
