Anything that wasn’t perfect was due to poor design on the part of the architects who designed the rooms. It seemed that the HVac was not great but then I realized that the air conditioning worked well. Keep the bathroom door closed and the room will cool off nicely. The retractable vanity mirror was mounted so high that if you are 5 ft 5 or less you will be looking directly up at it. There are outlets on both sides of the bed which is great but not by the bathroom mirrors. The built in night stands were tiny so you can’t put much there in addition to your phone. Not good when trying to use a laptop. wi-Fi was excellent. I really appreciated the fridge and kettle (with supplies) in the room, and the free coffee downstairs. The lift was fine, but the stairs where too narrow and sharply curved for me so I only used them once. I am very tempted to stay again, but location means getting out of bed 25 minutes earlier for work, and that is a big ask!"
