Completely new, separate guest apartment (approx. 45 m²) in the basement of the old Wilhelminian style villa from 1872 in the historic district of Giebichenstein (north. Downtown) in a very, very quiet location.
The bright apartment with underfloor heating itself has a bedroom with a double bed and desk (WLAN, LAN, telephone) and a living room with a sofa bed for another 2 people. The kitchen has everything you need for a short vacation (stove, extractor hood, microwave with hot air, toaster, kettle, coffee machine .... The modern bathroom with rain shower is equipped with a sauna. Guests have access to the garden.

However, we ask for your understanding that we only make the apartment available to private guests. A (commercial) sublease for third parties is not possible.

Beds are comfy and large (maybe even a King by American stds) by EU standards. Lots of space on multiple levels (there are a lot of stairs!) .... Rolf and Susanne are avail if you need them. - "We look back at a very nice week in Halle. The house was spacious, clean and nicely situated. For 2 persons it is really big. Room, bedroom, kitchen and shower/bathroom (looked new). We had use of the garden at the front. Trees, grass, terrace - all very nice and sunny after 10.30. (You have to enter by a stairway of 6 maybe 7 steps). The family, who live at the back, are very friendly. Halle, for a city this big, is very quiet. We didn’t see any other toeriste (first week of May). Walking distance to central square (Marktplatz) is 30 minutes. Tramlines at the end of the street."

We parked in paid parking a 5 minute walk from the apartment, which is in a pleasant area, quiet though very close to the town centre restaurants and cafes.
