There are refrigerators in each room, and the suite had two of them and two bathrooms, which is great for traveling with kids. They didn’t offer an in-room coffee maker, but you could ask for hot water in the lobby. The lobby has free access to wireless internet and computers connected to a printer. The service is quick and efficient; the front desk staff members speak English, and are very friendly and helpful. Our rate did not include breakfast, yet I noticed that the dining room is very nice and had a buffet with a large variety of foods. If you travel with kids, it may be cheapest to have breakfast at the hotel. Unfortunately there was not a pool, but there was a sauna and my daughters enjoyed the fitness center very much. If you rent a car, parking is expensive and there is no free street parking. The location in the center in Offenbach provides plenty of shopping centers and restaurants, but not very much nightlife. Fortunately, the underground to Frankfurt is only within a few steps away, and the trip takes about 15 minutes to Frankfurt center for 2.5 Euros one way per adult. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends."

It was truly terrible. The inside of the hotel is dirty, the employees are rude and there is no elevator in the hotel. Despite all these warnings, if you want to stay in this hotel, I recommend you to be careful."

A place in the middle of the metropolis, ideal for short-term and long-term Auffenthalte. Our guests include for many years international visitors of the city as well as tourists.

- "Stayed with 4 friends. Nice clean apartment. Kitchen, common area, 2 bathrooms. Very clean. Good communication with host." - "Nice" - "There were 7 in my group so we had enough beds. Really enjoyed the rooms. The building is very charming and old. Didn’t know we would be walking up 6 flights of stairs with heavy luggage though. No lift on site. We really appreciated the fans in the rooms as it got pretty warm without air movement. One of the coffee makers didn’t work but there was one that did and we appreciated it. They were nice to provide coffee, sugar and cream. Don’t count on doing laundry. The machine is a washer dryer combo and takes forever to do one little load. The one shower was good and bathroom spacious. The other bathroom ok if you like to just take baths. Close enough to Van Gogh Museum to walk which was nice. Found a couple of places to eat nearby but definitely make reservations. All in all the property was clean and decent enough for the couple of nights we stayed."

All in all not a very nice experience and will avoid in futuer."
