The entire outdoor area and elevator reeked of marijuana. The hear is not controlled and there was no light other than the super bright overhead lights. - "Apartments are very nice and clean. We had all we needed there. The kitchen was great. Figuring out the washer/dryer combo machine was tricky. Parking was free on weekends but needed to purchase a parking ticket for two hours on Monday morning (charging started at 9) on a side street very close to the apartment. Other streets started at 7 or 8. The parking ticket was purchased at the train/tram station nearby and was very easy to do. I think it was about €5. There are parking garages around if you want to use them. Vienna is a large city with sites to see quite a distance from each other. The apartments are quite far from Schönbrunn palace but it was very easy to buy a tram ticket and ride around to see everything. You can purchase tickets once you get on them if you’d like. "

The flat is large, beautiful, and clean. Shops like Lidl and Adli are nearby, and a drugstore like Boots is named the Dm store, which is a few stops away on Tram 43. We met Christian, who was really sweet and helpful; definitely ask him for recommendations on places to go. Thank you so much for the early check-in and being able to leave our luggage before departing, which allowed us to explore the city more. We saw a man doing the cleaning in an other apt. He said that nobody told him we were coming that day. It had large enough beds, a nice kitchen with newish appliances two bathrooms, and a clothes washing machine. Public transportation was just a block away, so there was no need for a car, and there were lots of little shops and restaurants nearby when we needed a snack, a drink, or a meal. Check-in was easy, as was check-out -- all automatic. The only downside was not ever seeing or hearing from the managers, even when I left a message/question on the website, but it may have been a technical error. Clean and comfortable roomfor a nice trip to Vienna. You can either book the whole apartment for a larger group of people or just one room and share the place with other guests. There are 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets and also a fully functional kitchen. We also have a nice terrace where you can chill out. Within a 2 min walk there is the tram station 42 which takes you in 10 min to the city centre.

Guest access
To enter the building we will send you a code for the main door. Next to the apartment door nr.° 15 you find a key safe where keys will be left for your stay. The code to open the safe will be sent by txt message or Email just before arrival.

Other things to note
If you arrive by car in the 17th district, you can park in front of building from Friday 7 pm to Monday 8 am free of charge. If you want to leave you car on week days from 8 am to 7 pm you will have to pay a short parking fee of Euro 2 per hour.

Renovated studio in a quiet location and beautiful surroundings!

The space
The studio is located in an Art Nouveau house on the raised ground floor. Through a beautiful front garden you reach the house entrance. A wide staircase leads to the studio.

Absolute quiet location in a very nice and green environment.

The studio consists of 2 rooms.

In room 1 there is a bunk bed, a wardrobe, a wardrobe for clothes, a sofa bed with extra mattress topper for a relaxed and pleasant sleep, a work/dining area and a living wall with TV.

In room 2 is a fully equipped kitchen with new electrical appliances. An old Viennese coffee shop corner invites you to have coffee or tea in the kitchen.
Separate there is a small bathroom with shower and toilet.

With me there is a towel service :-) For a stay of 4 days or more, fresh towels will be provided on the 4th day!
