Spend the night in a quiet residential complex in the green district of Kagran, near the Danube, the Vienna International Center and the veterinary university, and quickly during the day directly into the city center by subway.
This is a spacious, bright guest room and not your own vacation rental! It is located on the ground floor of our row house, inhabited by my husband and me.
On the ground floor there is also the small guest bathroom with shower and the common kitchen with its own guest fridge and 2 terraces - a small one in the kitchen and a large one with barbecue facilities in the guest room.
You live with us at the recreation area Alte Donau and near the Donauinsel (Danube Island Festival). Both are popular excursion destinations that are part of what Vienna has to offer. Just like the Vienna International Center and the veterinary medical university. Anyone looking for accommodation in one of the two because of attending a seminar is close to the action with us.
The U 1 takes you in about 10 minutes. Travel time quickly and directly to Stefansplatz or Karlsplatz in the city.
The guest room itself is large and spacious - with direct access to a large terrace, which is furnished (except in winter) and covered with a pavilion (plastic). This invites you to eat outdoors and to grill - there is a grill.
In addition to water and electricity, the price of the room includes bedding (beds are made before arrival) and towels.
