The Hungarian government requires that inspected restaurants must enter guests' personal details and length of stay into a national database.
- Due to the mandatory national reporting, all guests are required to send a copy of their passport/identity card/photo, valid address and e-mail address. We offer our guests the possibility to complete the registration online, in compliance with GDPR rules. Without completing this, we must refuse to send our guests access details to the apartment.
- Smoking is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN within the confines of all accommodation.
Please note that if someone smokes in the apartment, the amount of the fine of 100 euros and the cost of ozone air disinfection will be charged to the guest.
- Please always lock the apartment door when in town and do not leave windows open.
- Please note that arrival and check-in is possible after 15:00 (15:00).
- Please take care of the apartment, its equipment and furniture! You are responsible for any damage.
- Save energy: turn off the lights and air conditioning and turn off the heating when you leave.
- Please also take care of your keys, they are expensive and difficult to copy.
- Please note that if you lose your keys, a replacement will cost €100 per set, which will be charged.
- No guests other than registered persons are allowed in the apartment.
- Please note that we will provide you with all the necessary information to access the building and the apartment. If you arrive between 10pm and 8am and you are unable to enter the building or open the main lock/door of the apartment on your own and I or one of my colleagues have to go there to help you and it is proven that there is nothing wrong with the information or the locks, this extra service will cost €100. If the locks are broken and it is not your fault, we will take all responsibility and costs. If umbrellas are lost, broken or taken with you, there is a €15 refund fee per item.
