Cosy room with private bathroom and all the comforts in a 500 year old mountain farmhouse. Absolutely quiet location, facing south, above Bad Reichenhall. Large garden with fireplace, arbor, hammock. Piano, drums, guitar in the house. Infrared and Finnish sauna, meditation room,electric mountain bikes for rent. A good coffee machine and coffee and tea cooker and a fridge available for our guests so you can prepare your own breakfast. We do not offer, breakfast Anymore.
The space
Our 500 year old former mountain farm is easily accessible on a southern slope of the Staufen high above Bad Reichenhall. It is the oldest house in the Oberland. An ideal place to relax, even when the weather is bad. On request, our guests can use the beautiful sauna facilities for themselves (30 €) The meditation room is open to our guests at all times. Library and games collection. We know and love the region and can give our guests valuable tips for leisure activities, even off the beaten track.
We are obliged to register our guests with the spa administration and collect the tourist tax of € 3.30 per day on site.
Important information for our Chinese guests: we have a cat and larger cooking activities with odor development are not desired in our house in order not to disturb other guests.
Guest access
The garden, the large cozy farmhouse parlor, terrace and balcony and meditation room are available to our guests. On request, for a fee, sauna and floatation in our modern wellness facility is possible. The perfectly equipped kitchen can be used on occasion and by arrangement when we are not cooking ourselves to prepare a little something like pizza in the oven. Larger cooking actions are not desired

Important Information especially for potential Chinese Guests: we have a very nice cat who is as well in the house as well in the garden that may make you feel uncomfortable.
