Our rustic rooms have their own bathroom with shower and toilet. You can use our WLAN free of charge throughout the entire house and the outdoor area of the Lederergütl holiday guesthouse also offers plenty of comfort and space for families with children.

The space
You will stay in a newly equipped chalet studio with mountain meadow views. The studio consists of 1 room and has a mega comfortable box spring bed (1.80 m wide) and has its own alpine kitchenette with integrated dining bar and bar stools for 2-3 guests. The private bathroom has a shower, toilet, heating and a real river stone sink. Studio size approx. 22 square meters including bathroom/toilet.

Note: Our place is not suitable for children under 6 years old

Guest access
Parking is available at the house. 1 parking space is provided per studio.
Winter tires and, if necessary, chains are recommended in winter. In front of the chalet, access is organized by a private cleaning service.

Other things to note
Our large mountain meadow in organic greenery invites you to relax and can also be used. The alpine breakfast can be booked directly in the chalet for an extra charge. Sauna for a fee.

In summer, guests receive the Joker Card, for free use of many leisure activities and use of the cable cars!

The statutory tourist tax incl. Mobility ticket of €3 per night/guest is payable at checkout.

The refundable security deposit €100 must be deposited at check-in.

The chalet studio with panoramic views has 1.5 rooms, a bedroom with a large box-spring bed and an open passage to a 1-bedroom with 1 sofa bed for 1 child (sleeping area 1.40 x 1.95), integrated modern kitchen, fridge, microwave, ceramic stovetop and a dining area with TV. The private bathroom consists of a shower and a river stone sink. From the living room you have a great valley view of the mountain meadows and Saalbach Jausern valley run. The ALM SEASONS is located in the trendy district of Jausern in a sunny hillside location, slightly away from the tourist crowds and yet in the middle of it.

Our place is not suitable for babies and toddlers under 6 years of age.
