The apartments are located in a detached private house, surrounded by a fence, on the main street of the city. The studio apartment is a small 16 m2. There is a kitchen niche and all the appliances for eating and cooking. For a comfortable sleep, there is an excellent double bed 160 x 200. There are dark curtains that completely block out the light from the window. Internet TV. To regulate the temperature in the cold season, you can use a heater in the bathroom and an air conditioner.

The house was renovated in 2010. Water and sewer pipes were completely replaced. Installed heating system on radiators. It is possible to manually reduce or increase the room temperature on the radiator and conditioner.The shower is additionally equipped with a heater to ensure the most comfortable temperature for washing. Ventilation of the room is possible by opening a plastic window equipped with blinds.
Tap water is drinkable. Boiling is not necessary, though provided with a kettle, cups.
The room is equipped with internet TV. LG TV is switched on by red button from LG remote or manually. Then another remote connected to the router is used.

Air-conditioned Apartment Lipovec is a brand-new, stylish, and cozy apartment for up to 6 guests. Located in a tranquil neighborhood yet conveniently close to the city of Postojna, tourist attractions, restaurants, and shops make it ideal for a memorable getaway. It features a fully equipped kitchen, dining & living area, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with a massage tub, a private infrared sauna, and a balcony. Additionally, bike rentals and delicious breakfast are available for an additional fee.

The space
Apartment Lipovec is a modern, new, and spacious apartment perfect for up to 6 guests. It features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a living room with a sofa bed (160 x 200 cm). The apartment also features 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, an additional separate toilet, a massage tub, an infrared sauna, and balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare delicious meals: cookware and utensils, a stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, and a fridge with a freezer. Both bedrooms have king-size beds (200 x 210 cm). The bathroom includes a shower, massage tub, toilet, and sink. Amenities include free WiFi, parking, air conditioning, LCD TVs (also in the bedrooms), bed linen, towels, a hairdryer, toilet paper, soap, slippers, and bathrobes.

This apartment is accessible for people with mobility impairments, featuring a ramp at the entrance, wider interior passages, no thresholds, and an walk-in shower. If needed, a seat can be added to the toilet, and the sink is designed without a lower cabinet.

Next to the apartments is a large grassy area perfect for enjoying nature and the fresh air. For an additional fee, you can also rent bicycles or have a delicious breakfast.

The living room is furnished with a sofa and dining area where you can enjoy coffee or tea. In the kitchen area there is a refrigerator and additional storage space for your snacks. If you prefer to see our cook prepare them for you, we can also arrange that. There is also a spacious private bathroom with a shower. The bedroom is furnished with closet and a restored old bed frame with a premium mattress and to order bed linen to guarante utmost pleasant rest. There is also a bath tub in the bedroom for two making it ideal for a romantic vacation or honeymoon.
