- Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited. Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas.
-We kindly ask all residents and guests to observe quiet hours between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am. During this time, please be considerate of your neighbours and keep noise levels to a minimum.

-Unfortunately, we do not accept pets in our house.

It is a peacefull place, with dark nights and beautiful stars. It is perfect place to start mountaineering,biking, kayaking or walking.
If you like peace and being in the nature, that is a good place to be. While Bovec is getting so busy in the summer, Soca is a better place to relax. Have a dinner outside enjoying songs of crickets and calming sound of Soca river flowing by. Look at the sky observing running clouds and changing lights on mountain walls. Our house is located in a nice, peaceful area with a view of Mt. Kanin and other peaks of the Julian Alps. It's about 10 minutes walk to the centre.
On the top floor of our private house, accommodation for a maximum of 6 people (4 adults + 2 children) is offered in the modernly equipped “Maja” apartment. In addition, there is a Studio for 2 people available. The Studio and the “Maja” apartment have a private entrance and share the vestibule and terrace with bbq and a parking area for three cars.

Semi-equipped kitchen, bathroom and one bedroom upstairs. Sofa bed can be turned into an extra double bed (max 4 guests). The apartment is comfortable for 2 guests, with a pulled-out sofa it can host max 4. It is one open space with separate bathroom.
Tourist information center, bars, restaurants, shops are all only a short walk away.
Free parking available in front of the house with a parking permit (provided).

The space
It is one open space (studio like type) flat with a separate bedroom on top of the stairs (steep, not recommended for small children or guests with walking disabilities) under the roof top. A separate bathroom space with a door.
There is a functional kitchen with all the pans available for cooking the basic meals (we do not provide oil, vinegar, coffee, salt ect. - no foods in the flat for hygiene reasons unless some basics are left behind which we deem safe for use). You have a small oven, toaster and even microwave. We provide kitchen cloth (not paper rolls). Toilet paper provided.
Only one partly empty closet available due to limited space. No washing machine. A mosquito catcher provided next to a bed upstairs.

Guest access
You will have access to two common rooms that can be used as a storage room (for sports equipment ect.). You can find both rooms on the same floor as the apartment, to the left and to the right from the flat. There is also a storage room for bikes/ skis on top of the stairs (additional door key attached). Bear in mind you will need to bring bikes/skis up the stairs.
