- "Superb Hotel! there are not many hotels I would like to go back, as it is a big world, and we always like to try new things, but this one is the one we would go back! We had a family skiing holiday in the hotel for a week. The hotel is well located next to the skiing school, bus stop is by the door to take you to many different slopes. My 4 years old daughter enjoyed swimming in the pool in the afternoon, while I went for the hot spring, saunas and spa treatment. Staff are super friendly and helpful: the first day my daughter forgot her ski jacket in the room while we were on top of the hill, I called the reception, and someone went to the room, got the jacket and delivered to her! Food is fantastic too! I am a fussy eater, but I thoroughly enjoyed every meal. Main course was served separately every evening, with a selection of choices; whilst the rest were a big selection in buffet. A posh, smart hotel, and also warm with a family touch. It's perfect, cannot fault it!"

- "In parts very nice and modern. In other parts very old and there is an need of renovation. For example: old windows in the restaurant. Rain comes inside. I really love traditional design, but it is is just old… Very friendly and helpful staff! The main issue is cleanliness. Old dirty upholstery and carpets are really disgusting. Dirty tablecloths are not changed. And it's very family-friendly (lots of children).
