Beds could be better, but the lakeside lication made up for that." - "We love this hotel and have stayed several times. This time, we enjoyed the sauna and swimming in the lake. We did not take advantage of breakfast, which is available for an additional fee, because our room featured a full kitchen and there is a grocery store nearby where we could purchase Austrian delicacies. Se we made our own breakfast. We liked the fact that you can walk from the hotel to the center of town, which features a casino and other activities. Velden is an elegant and popular lakeside resot. We happened to see the International Sports Car Festival, which was quite the event! For dinner, we ordered pizza from the Pizzeria De Klade. That was delicious. The only downside was the narrow parking spaces near the hotel rooms. One of our neighbors did not park between the white lines, and that made it difficult for us to maneuver. But the hotel receptionist contacted the neighbor and resolved the issue gracefully. Thanks to the staff at the Barry Memle Lake Side Resort! We hope to be back!"
