- "Old" - "The hotel has a great view of the Danube and is well located, in around 20 minutes walking you can reach the downtown " - "I arrived a little early and the hotel allowed me to check in early. The room I stayed in was in front of the elevator, so I heard the sound of the elevator opening and closing every time it came. Even though breakfast started at 6:30, hot food was not served until almost 7:00." - "I would have given 5 Star but front desk personnel were not clear with parking. I was consistently getting charged hourly by error and front desk did not explain the rationale of the errors and were not patient. Customer service was below average and room was not ready by 2pm.
