They fixed it by putting padding beneath the sheets which did help me sleep better. They had a great complimentary breakfast every morning and English menus for dinner which was great because this was a last minute business trip and I didn't get a chance to work on my German language. I can't say enough about the service at the Park Hotel. They truly went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I am scheduled to go back to Austria in March and I am definitely staying at the Park Hotel if available."
