The check-in process appears to be automated (at least it was in the middle of the night when I checked in), so do not expect much in the way of service. Wifi was terrible, so don't plan on relying on it (it worked for a rough total of 5 minutes of my one night stay there). The location is somewhere in the middle between the Linz airport and city center.
