Bedrooms and bathrooms were either up or downstairs, no bathroom on the main floor. Personally, for me the bed and pillows were very firm, not exactly to my comfort, personal opinion. I was still able to sleep somewhat comfortably though. The bathrooms were, bathrooms , functional but lacking counter space. One thing I would like to mention is we were unable to use the downstairs bathroom which had the walk-in shower and would have been more convenient for my wife with some mobility issues. The washer and dryer were also downstairs. I did contact Andrea and was able to get access but not until our last day. One Issue is there is not a backup contact for issues that happen when the owner is not available. The reason for not getting access to the washer until our last day. Our reason for needing to get hold of him was minor, but if something more urgent was happening, our 8 hr wait would have been unreasonable. Our stay was very enjoyable and comfortable, minor issues aside."

The listing mentioned street parking, and the photos did not accurately depict the steepness of the street or the difficulty in finding a parking space.I believe the site has since been changed, maybe due to my complaint, as now no parking at all is mentioned.Upon arrival, we were shocked to find that parking was nearly impossible. The street was extremely steep, and there was no viable parking nearby. We even attempted to drive down the narrow street to double-check, scraping a hubcap in the process. Unfortunately, there were no reasonable parking options, and walking up the steep hill in my condition was not manageable. The parking lot pictured in the photos was completely full.When I reached out to the host about the situation, their response was that the photos and description should have made it clear what to expect. It is easily accessible from the airport of both (Raffaello Sanzio-Falconara 16 km) and from the train station (6 km). The highway (A16, exit Ancona Sud) at 9 km. Its peculiarity is that the house is at the same time extremely silent in the middle of a rural area, but also very close to a city with a main port and all its services.
Wonderful excursions can be made near the city of Ancona. Nearby is Portonovo at the foot of Monte Conero, it is one of the most beautiful places on the Adriatic Sea. Just north is Senigallia (easily reachable by the 2.20E train) which in summer hosts summer janboree (Furthermore, about 50km away there is one of the best known Italian outlets where you can find renowned brands such as Tod's, Cruciani, Nero Giardini etc.
The area is known for the production of Rosso Conero and Verdicchio two well-known Italian wines. In the surroundings you can find excellent winemakers with retail, such as the Bucci company (Italian excellence for Verdicchio), Moroder (excellent conero red), Centanni (passerina and pecorino).

The house is located a few meters from the train station, on the top floor of a building located in a multi-ethnic neighborhood, with well-integrated people and families with their own work activities. Thanks to the means of transport, it is well connected and you can easily and quickly reach every part of the city. Leaving the building ,right in front there are two supermarkets of large chains but also shops and various stores, as well as bars, pizzerias, post offices. A tree-lined avenue just a few meters away is home to a large church and the most famous ice cream parlor in Ancona. Although it is in a central area, the attic from above is quiet and offers a special view of the city and the sea.
