During the day they tell us or I'll send someone or will ask our boss , and during the evening everything it's close now you need to wait until tomorrow. At the end they tell me it's an extra charge ... WHY?? WE BOOKED FOR 5 and the room says that it can fit 6 in it !! The water in the shower and sink are very light and after the 3rd shower no more hot water. There's a few items in the kitchen, the strict minimum. If you're staying more then 2-3 days you need to get your own kleenex, toilet paper. What we enjoyed the most is that our balcony is directly to the pool. And you have a parking underground. Mini market and a bistro on the site."
