I was there in early March which I could tell was part of the property's off-season and I imagine it can get quite crowded in the summer but it's for a good reason as it's an excellent place to stay"

The restaurant adjacent was excellent. The rooms were updated well with a great view. However the staff needs more training they could not answer basic questions, they did not tell us about the property, any amenities or direction.( ie: the pool staff bar told us we could not charge to our room and had to pay cash) Our room was not ready, we waited well past check in time. Even then, It was barely cleaned and not cleaned during our stay. We even had to go to front desk twice to request toilet paper and towels as they did not answer when we called reception desk. I think they could be a really great resort but they need more training and quality service to be called a resort. The location and view was the best part. "
