Even the day we left the lady was still hasseling us for the £20 when we had told her she did not provide the service we asked for. She was also talking to other people about us in another language which I found totally unacceptable."

The room was large, with a separate small coupe like room with 2 beds, i'd assume for kids, so they are semi separated from parents if needed. Big bathroom with strong shower. All the other necessities are in place. Huge pool with nice water temperature. Lots of bars, snack shacks, etc. They have a real turkish coffee made on the black sand, which is a nice addition to all other places. My only concern was food selections, i felt they could have been better, especially when comparing to other places. But still, a lot to chose from. I would recommend this place, though i think it's a bit too expensive for what it has to offer. "

First : food poisoning. They food made us sick for 3 days from 6. We had all symptoms of food poisoning including fever, vomit and diarrhea. The quality of food suspicious. The second : . I ordered in hotel shuttle to airport . It supposed to be mercedez for 60 euro(official hotel service shuttle)Instead of that they sent me someone non official driver , just illegal service on old car . The driver didn’t understand English and Russian as well . It was extremely unsafe to us with son to use illegal car services . He charged me more than hotel annoyances. It was 1 hour of nightmare for me and my 8 years old son . So unsafe and illegal. De didn’t explained me anything, just terrible Vacation ((("

- "Great welcome with champagne and our luggage brought to our room. Fruit and bottle of wine at arrival in room, refill a few days later. Housekeeping with change of sheets and towels every day. Small problem with our friends room, quickly fixed by the staff; upgrade to bigger and nicer room with 2 bedrooms, separate livingroom, 2 balconys and jacuzzi Excellent food in main restaurant and the snackbar next to the beach. Fantastic service by the staff in main restaurant, we felt very good taken care of the whole week. Very clean and nice everywhere, no mess at restrooms or anywhere else. Great drinks at Irish pub and Poolbar, friendly and welcoming staff all over. Very helpfull concierge, thanks, Lisa. Animation team was fun and you could see they were really trying to activate us. Very satisfied with both the hairdresser and the Spa/hamam-treatments. Would recommend hotel to all my friends and would love to go back."
