- "Very good hotel close to everything staff very welcoming and facilities " - "I paid 195 euros for a two-night stay at the hotel with my spouse. Our check-in date was July 15. However, the hotel disturbed me late at night on July 14, calling twice between 22:00 and 23:00, asking what time I would arrive. When we checked in, the air conditioner was not working. We had to sleep in a room without air conditioning, drenched in sweat on the first night. The hygiene conditions were terrible. The staff were unfriendly and unprofessional, showing no hospitality. The breakfast was far from appetizing — the food was unappealing and even ruined our appetite. The kitchen area was full of flies, which was very unhygienic. On the morning of July 17, the day of our check-out, there was a water outage in the hotel. The water tank was clearly insufficient for a hotel of this size. I could not wash my face or take a shower before leaving. I am a Norwegian citizen and have stayed in hotels in many cities around the world — this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had."

- "Hshdd" - "The personal was kind. But they only speak Turkish. The aircondition didn’t work. There was mould in the room, the paint from the walls was dripping. The window in the room was broken. Unfortunately, this 'hotel' is a prime example of how not to run a hotel. The room I was given was dark, dirty and poorly maintain. My friend was given a room that looked better, but sadly their night was spoiled by the air conditioning not working. Maintenance is absolutely minimal. The bar ran out beer, red wine and white wine on 3 seperate occasions even though this is listed as an all inclusive hotel.. The food was marginal at best. Maybe I expected too much. The lack of customer service and communication I experienced màde this a very unpleasant stay. I would not go back. The type of management or lack there of, is a slight on the normally excellent tourism i have experienced countless times in Turkey."

- "Pros: Very charming hotel on the outside, beautiful to look at, great landscaping and decor, and a good location. Cons: no towels in room, they said they would send towels within 30 minutes, i left after 5 days and still no towels. No coffee mugs in room, no water bottles in room, no proper blankets in room. Food quality mediocre at best. Staff doesn't seem to really care about anything really except for one of the front desk employees and the bell boy. Not many English speakers amongst the staff, barely any. Don't be tempted by the all-inclusive, you'll end up eating out often anyway. Very bad wifi (if it works) and you can only get it in the lobby, make sure you get roaming data or buy a local sim card."
