This suited my party but worth checking when booking depending on your preference. The free mini bar was limited but welcome. There was a free electronic safe and multi channel TV. The room was very clean and was subject to a daily housekeeping service. Staff were friendly and conscientious."

It was our first holiday as a family of 3 (baby was 13 weeks) old so we were looking for a nice relaxing stay. The hotel was great, we had a spacious room with small garden area. Food options at the main restaurant were good, but it has a bit more of a canteen vibe than restaurant in the evenings. If you want a better atmosphere then you'll need to book one of the restaurants, which usually have an additional fee of between 10 to 30 euros, but you get a better vibe and different choice of food. We went in mid Oct, so it was still sunny on most days, but it was very windy during the duration of our stay, which made it a bit cold, especially in the evenings. Trousers and jumper are recommended. Unfortunately, as it was near the end of their holiday season, only one of their 4 swimming pools was heated, which means everyone flocks to the same pool and it can seem crowded. Entertainment in the evening could be improved, it was either a super loud DJ or very laid back bar with almost zero music/vibe. Gym was great, and the dessert patisserie and coffee shops were also very good. Overall, a very enjoyable stay, but a bit too cold and windy in late season (October) than we had hoped. Would happily return as service was excellent too."

Our room was at the ground floor and the room balcony faced swimming pool, basically the room was next to crowded swimming pool so I went to reception to ask them to change our room but amazingly I notice the receptionist can’t speak English! She called another colleague who couldn’t speak or understand much English and he promised me to change our room in 24 hours and that never happened. The hotel location is 40min drive to central Bodrum and the main harbour so you definitely need to rent a car otherwise have to pay 280 to 300 Turkish lira anytime want to go to central as there is not much to see in Gumusluk( hotel location). The hotel layout and buildings are nice but unfortunately the hotel is not well maintained. Toilet flush frame in our room was broken as well as the shower head holder, however, I asked them to repair it, but this did not happen. The room service was a disaster and we have to go to the reception anytime we wanted clean towels or toilet paper, sometimes cleaner was coming at 3 or 4 pm to clean the room which I never seen somewhere else before! - "We were the only British guests and the staff when they realised this couldn't be more helpful. We took our two teenagers aged 18 and 17 and they mixed more with the staff than other guests. The barmen and waiters work really hard for very long hours in scorching heat but still smile. Other guests were sometimes quite rude for little reason, probably due to language difficulties. Our experience was much better than expected for the price we paid, we all agree it was excellent value with the drinks and quality of food much better than we thought it would be. I would return again and hope to be a minority nationality again. The animation team worked hard for the kids but also held twice daily beach volleyball and sea and pool aerobics. The attached waterpark was a free bonus and seemed really popular along with the turkish bath and massage experience. We really enjoyed our stay."

- "Book for two rooms, both rooms when we checked in there are water kettle and coffee/tea making facilities.However, there are no cups whatsoever and also the bottled water which should be free of charge. Called the reception, this is the only line you can call, to ask for water bottle and tea cups.The duty manager which is the only one that speak fluent english responded by promising to send the cups and water to the room, but until we checked out the next day...nothing being sent. i do not know if it is because a busy time of the year,but they supposed to increase the level of vigilance and service during his busy season as well i believe.
