The resort is really large, featuring several pools, a beach, a water park, and multiple activities throughout the day. The resort is spacious enough that it never felt crowded, and we easily found sun beds anywhere in the hotel. We mostly spent our time at the water park, which includes nine slides for grown-ups, a lazy river, and multiple slides for kids. We also enjoyed the playground with mini golf, which stays open until late at night. The food was very good, made with high-quality ingredients, and there were several restaurants to choose from. We especially liked the Asian buffet and the BBQ restaurant, which were smaller than the main dining hall. There was even a barista serving quality coffee, though the cocktails were a bit dull and weak. The employees were kind and helpful, and the premises were kept clean and tidy at all times. Additionally, this is a good base for short excursions, such as visiting the dinosaur park or the aquarium, which are just a 10-minute drive away. - "The property is huge with so much to do! There are many different pools to lay at, bars to get drinks from, a spa, convenience shop, different access points to beaches, and water sports. It is also in walking distance to aother nearby beach and the activities desk is more than helpful when it comes to finding needed transportation as well as excursions. The housekeeping was always on top of keeping our room clean. The food is not the best for dinner but breakfast is always a hit and it is close enough to the city nearby that you can walk into town to many different restaurants."

- " Excellent hotel: good location - 3 min walk to the sea and 10 min walk to the center on foot distance, a little further from the noise of night bars. Good food - we had AI - food was plentiful and varied, 10-24 hours delicious cocktails and local alcoholic drinks at pool Bar and seaside Know Bar are included. There is also a sunbeds next to the Know bar, but they are over the road further from the seafront and it is very, very hot to be there. Sunbeds on the beach are paid 10-12 eur per day for 2 sunbeds and an umbrella. However, the beach is sandy and it is great to lie on the sand as anyone wants. The sea is very rocky, the rocks are huge and sharp, so swimming shoes are required. Without shoes, unfortunately, I hurt my foot badly 😪 We had spacious Suites room with large 2 balconies. Room were cleaned and towels changed daily. The air conditioner worked great. The room had 2 small fridges, 2 kettles, 2 large TVs with Netflix. Wifi worked well in the room. The car can be parked in the hotel parking, no need to book in advance. The service staff is especially pleasant and helpful. We will definitely come back. A couple of little things that Hotel could be improved - set up the belong sunbeds right on the beach and fix the unpleasant smell from the bathroom sink. "

Very disappointing for an all inclusive Worst I ever saw on resort" - "Room was very basic. We had to ask for a shower curtain, mattress toppers as the beds were so hard, extension lead as there are no sockets near beds in second room and a fan as the air conditioning didn’t work very well so the second bedroom was like a sweat box. Bathroom stank constantly of drains and toilet was stained terribly. I was shocked to find the soft drinks were not proper brands such as coke or Pepsi. These tasted awful as they were cheap own brands. Only local spirits wine and beer in all inclusive. You had to pay for cocktails which were around 9 euros. Staff were really miserable and rude at bars in particular and man on reception in the evenings was so rude. Restaurant is chaos at peak times as it’s not big enough for the amount of guests staying. Food was ok and was replenished well. Pools were good with plenty of sun beds however a lot of sun beds were broken. This is a very honest review. This is definitely a 4 star hotel. It’s only got its stars for having extra facilities such as a spa, gym which you have to pay extra for. I would rate this more like 2 or 3 star max. Luckily we just used our room as a base as it was pretty awful to stay in. "

- "The room we had was big, with a very comfortable bed and a cute little balcony. It was very clean. The staff, food and site were amazing. Beautiful resort. You can access the beach withing 10 minutes walk. The room was clean, very nice and I had a lovely balcony. My room relatively small but it is not a shoebox either. There was room service every day too. The swimming-pools were very nice and I always found a mat. If you enjoy nice views, then, you can easily spend a day by the swimmng pool. The food was really lovely. It was varied and there was food for anyone: whether you enjoy proteins, carbs, vegetables etc, you'd find happiness for your stomach. The waiters were all so nice but shout out to Alvaro who always had the biggest smile on his face."

Hotel has 5 swimming pools and only a few minutes away by the local bus there is a lovely beach called Star Beach with quite a few water slides that cost almost nothing. Beach is about 20min walking distance with kids so quite slow legs. Lovely stay and we're actually planning to come back this year again as for this price you can't find a better deal.
