The guy for helping during our stay was unfortunately less helpful. We often had to ask him the same question several times before we got an answer (or sometimes not). The a/c was working great . its quiet and was spotlessly clean. theres a tv and you have use of a washing machine. this is a great location if you do not want to be right on top of the night life. At the end of our 5 night stay we went for a walk around the houses locally and the neighborhood is very nice/upmarket. We loved that we could get groceries and be independent for breakfast. "

This place was WAY ABOVE average. Everything was like new and very well done. Best WIFI signal by leaps and bounds. A smart LG TV (I own one myself). A Siemens brand washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, induction stovetop and oven. The kitchen was outfitted with everything I needed to produce a delightful meal. The bedroom and bathroom were well done and comfortable. It was far away enough from the touristy areas to be really peaceful, yet still extremely walkable. There’s a great supermarket nearby as well as a lovable spot named Cafe Chives that I visited so, so many times. Two taxi stations are nearby. Sweet little cats roam around the property and add another layer of charm to the property. THEY RECYCLE! First property I’ve found that provides recycling bins for glass, plastic, etcetera. These people are thoughtful and it shows. The housekeeper lives nearby. She was so kind and greeted me with a warm smile every time I saw her. - "Very good place." - "Overall, great low cost / value for money option. Apartments are on the side of a steep hill over looking Bodrum… amazing views. The villa (2 bed) is separate from the other apartments and at the very top of the property - once you’ve got up the hill there’s another 104 steps to the villa. Just one bathroom in the villa while the 2 bed apts have two bathrooms. The pool area is quite small with just 8 sun loungers - fine for a morning or an afternoon dip and while we were there (early August) was never busy. Air-con is in living room only for villa, but in bedrooms too for 2 bed apartments. Easy check in, despite late night arrival. Staff were lovely, providing extra towels & printing off our boarding passes (phone only not okay at Bodrum airport). Appreciated the washing machine. Variety of supermarkets & a taxi rank at bottom of the hill. First bar is about 10-15mins, and about 30mins walk into town centre. We booked for 4 adults as for some reason trying to book for 2 adults and 2 children wouldn’t work. "

Excellent accommodation and facilities, with a stunning view over Bodrum to the castle, and we loved watching the sunset from the balcony. The location in the Vrbo map isn’t quite right, its in a lovely quiet neighborhood, about 15 mins walk to the Centre or nearest beach, but there is ample shaded parking if you are driving. If you’re with younger kids there is a great park just round the corner. Mitra the host was just fantastic, from meeting us at 1 in the morning when we got a bit lost after our plane was delayed, to taking us to wonderful cafes and restaurants. "

This is home to the annual Gümüşlük Music Festival. Normally filled with musicians, our rooms are available for booking outside the festival period. We have five rooms that can sleep up to 20 people. The rooms open up onto the beach area. We are a five minute walk away from the village centre, where there are shopping amenities, restaurants and the local bus stop. Gümüşlük is the perfect place for a relaxed, quiet holiday.

We are situated right on the beach, in a quiet corner of the Gümüşlük bay.
