The a/c was working great . its quiet and was spotlessly clean. theres a tv and you have use of a washing machine. this is a great location if you do not want to be right on top of the night life. At the end of our 5 night stay we went for a walk around the houses locally and the neighborhood is very nice/upmarket. We loved that we could get groceries and be independent for breakfast. "
