We discovered some minor problems which we informed the management and they responded very quickly and rectified the problem. The marina/beach in front of the hotel is very nice on a sunny day as the water was clear and turquoise in color against the blue sky, that view has definitely added value to our stay. İnternet in all of Çeşme and this area, is intermittent, not the best. The other guests at the hotel are polite and reserved. - "the room was totally different than we chose and see in hotels.com booking page. I showed up the pictures in my booking page to property manager but she said it’s common problem people encounter so often and it caused by hotels.com since the room cleanness, comport and hygiene condition was not acceptable level, we asked refund from hotels.com. Unfortunately both hotels.com and property manager did not help us. We had to stay in that terrible room for 3 nights with full of humidity and in the room and unhygienic bathroom."
