- "It's difficult to give a fair assessment as I stayed when the season was over. The WiFi was reliable. The bar and restaurant were closed, and the swimming pool was taped off and had been drained. Facilities in the room were fair: microwave, crockery. cutlery, fridge and air conditioning. - "The apartment is spacious, bright, comfortable and very well equipped. We were a group of six aging between 3 to 73 and everyone's needs were best met. The apartment is cut in a way that one still has privacy and me-time although being there in a group. The building is new and modern and sparkling clean. The gardens and pool are very well attended to and pleasant to spend time in. My family and I especially appreciated the long pool with a shallow area on the side. This way I could do my swimming while keeping an eye on my little son. There is a lovely cafe/restaurant at the pool run by very friendly people, who serve good food. We had a wide open view on the valley from both the apartment and the cafe. It was great to enjoy the sunrise from the balcony of the apartment and gather in the cafe in the evening to watch the sunset. The owner of the apartment was always a whatsapp message away. - "I've been for the 2nd year in a row on vacation in The Valley. September is an excellent and still very hot month to come here. In the complex you can relax at the pool or on your private terrace and this in calm enviremont. The apartment is equipped with every comfort, nothing short, everything you need is there. You can perfectly cook in the kitchen or do you prefer to go to the locals to eat? This can really at bargain prices and is super tasty. At walking distance you can get daily fresh bread. The market in Manavgat on Monday and Thursday is a must to do. This year there is a completely new shopping Mall built where you're sure to take a look. By car the shopping Mall is only 7 minutes away. The world exhibition EXPO 2016 was this year in Antalya. Even after the expo, this remains a nice place to visit. Make sure you make a day trip because you can spend hours here. I went 2 years in a row to The Valley and I’ll travel in the future again to The Valley! Top location! "

The apartment is on the fourth floor being over 1000 sq feet in size with large balcony looking towards the main pool.
A perfect position. In addition to the main pool is a smaller children's pool plus another indoor pool and small games area which has a full size pool table, table tennis, darts and small play area for young children, which makes it ideal for families and vacations at any time of the year. There is also a full size tennis court on site for guests to use free of charge.
The community also benefits from being gated, which is manned 24 hours a day, and each home is managed by the local Kaya Homes, with 24/7 service.
In addition the management company will organise airport transfers, local tours to popular sites and attractions, car hire, etc.

One can walk to the beach and old town although there is no need as a regular Dolmus bus service runs frequently 18 hours a day. The home is positioned on the 2nd floor overlooking the elegant and extensive communal pool. We have spend many happy days here in this well furnished and equipped home, enjoying outstanding accommodation with all that is on offer on site, such as the pool, gym, sauna , heated indoor pool, and cafe. The space
Both pools are located at different angles so you can sunbathe on the sides of the pool all day long.
there are 2 pool areas in different styles, you can have fun with all family in the area with slides and a playground, or you can relax quietly in the second pool.

Each guest has its own private bathroom, 1 bedrooms and a living room with a kitchen. In addition, 2 adult pools, 2 children's pools and a water slide for adults are open to the common use of all guests in the large garden. Apart from these, children's playground and table tennis can be used by all our guests in our garden.

Other things to note
Rooms are cleaned for free 6 days a week. Linens are changed twice a week. (Valid for the peak season from April 15th to November 1st.)
