- "For an all inclusive you'll expect them to have at least toiletries in the room, but they don't. Broken clothes rack so as soon as you’ve washed ur clothes and want to put outside to dry you have to use a broom stick to make the rack stable otherwise all washing on the floor. Dirty kettle had to buy our own. Dirty dishes full of spinach in the dishwasher. No sponge to wash dishes. I mean I’ve been to apartments that provide you with atleast 1 sponge and washing up liquid and toilet rolls. But this apartment was a disgrace. It was disgusting. I literally just wasted my money by looking at the photos that are on the website the place is nothing like that. I would’ve been happier sleeping in the car. They even charge 50 liras deposit for a card for ur apartment that’s supposed to be refunded when booking out. But the guy at reception didn’t even refund us back. It was a very upsetting 5 day break. Even my children were upset. Would definitely not recommend. Not even 1 star. "
