Supermarkets are a 5 minute walk away although we preferred to eat out. There are so many restaurants and spoilt for choice for food. We visited some beach clubs and also took a boat trip. Fell in love with Kalkan and would definitely visit again."

Access to pool was steps direct from terrace - nice way to cool down from the sun. We were blessed with glorious weather whilst we were there. Area is very hilly so take trainers for walking. Easy going down the hill and will take approx 15mins to walk to the harbour or taxis we booked were 150tl. Plenty of supermarkets to choose from if cooking at villa - we found Macro and A101 best ones for stocking up and are easy to walk to - steep coming back up to apartment but nothing drastic. There are cats that like to visit and are friendly - if you’re not a fan - gently shoo them away and they are respectful of space! As animal lovers we happily had them sit with us on the terrace and fed them whilst we were there - it was cute to wake to see them all waiting patiently by the patio doors for breakfast! There is an info folder under the TV to help with exploring the area - we will definitely be back as we found more and more things we wanted to do but ran out of time! Sarah was a brilliant host and responded to very quickly to any questions we had prior to arrival and whilst we were there."

- "This is a really nice place with a minor caveat being less than optimal WiFi and a few minor cosmetic issue (stains on couch, bizarre mirror placement….truly minor stuff). Hotel says it is staffed during the day, but that was not our experience — likely given we went in off season. It was not really an issue, but we did have to wait 20 minutes for someone to show up and check us in. That said, the staff was great, very responsive, and provided everything we needed. The location is very good, and we booked a top floor room which had a brilliant view. The kitchen had what we needed to cook breakfast in every day and having a washer was key. The shower was hot and had great pressure, so no complaints there. Value for price was truly excellent and if we didn’t have committed plans, we would have extended our stay. Would certainly highly recommend, and we would absolutely stay there again. "

Apartment Antonia is a beautiful spacious three bedroom duplex apartment with a large outside area (150m2) and a large private pool (50m2) - you have more indoor and outdoor space than most villas. The property is right in the centre of town with all the fantastic roof terrace and harbour side restaurants and shops a couple of minutes walk away, while still having the privacy of a private pool which is completely secluded and plenty of outdoor space overlooking the sea. If you fancy staying in, can enjoy the evening warmth at home with a traditional stone built BBQ with outdoor dining area for 8 and a sofa/seating area for after dinner drinks. There is also an additional private balcony garden area at the front of the property with a seating area. The living/dining/kitchen area is also huge, 100m2 open plan living with plenty of space for you and your family/guests to relax. The apartment has undergone a major refurbishment for 2026, with a new high end specification through out, including new kitchen, living / dinning areas, bedrooms and bathrooms. Down stairs, the master suite with kingsize bed leads directly out to a large shared infinity pool. The patio outside has your own poolside settee, great for lazy afternoons or evenings just chilling out. The apartment has real wow factor when you walk through the front door & absorb the views out across Kas, the harbour, the peninsula, the marina and out to the Greek island of Kastellorizo (Meis). Upstairs there are two balconies. The main balcony opens out from the living area and is a great spot for breakfast, lunch or dinner, with Kas laid out before you. The night time views are magical and if a quiet space is needed, the upstairs bedroom balcony has a swing egg chair to chill out on and enjoy the view.

The large poolside does not get crowded even in summer as all apartments have balconies and private patios. You may have days with the poolside to yourself. Cot and High chairs are available to rent and airport transfers can be arranged through our agent in Kas, who will be available to provide advice and assistance throughout your stay.
