The guy for helping during our stay was unfortunately less helpful. We often had to ask him the same question several times before we got an answer (or sometimes not). But there bed linens are a bit crisp. Everything else is good. Its just an easy downhill 10 min walk to restaurants/ beach marina. We had an excellent and relaxing stay. It has a balcony and theres a pool and patio downstairs. The a/c was working great . its quiet and was spotlessly clean. theres a tv and you have use of a washing machine. this is a great location if you do not want to be right on top of the night life. At the end of our 5 night stay we went for a walk around the houses locally and the neighborhood is very nice/upmarket. We loved that we could get groceries and be independent for breakfast. "

The bedroom and bathroom were well done and comfortable. It was far away enough from the touristy areas to be really peaceful, yet still extremely walkable. There’s a great supermarket nearby as well as a lovable spot named Cafe Chives that I visited so, so many times. Two taxi stations are nearby. Sweet little cats roam around the property and add another layer of charm to the property. THEY RECYCLE! First property I’ve found that provides recycling bins for glass, plastic, etcetera. These people are thoughtful and it shows. The housekeeper lives nearby. She was so kind and greeted me with a warm smile every time I saw her. - "Very good place." - "Overall, great low cost / value for money option. Apartments are on the side of a steep hill over looking Bodrum… amazing views. The villa (2 bed) is separate from the other apartments and at the very top of the property - once you’ve got up the hill there’s another 104 steps to the villa. Just one bathroom in the villa while the 2 bed apts have two bathrooms. The pool area is quite small with just 8 sun loungers - fine for a morning or an afternoon dip and while we were there (early August) was never busy. Air-con is in living room only for villa, but in bedrooms too for 2 bed apartments. Easy check in, despite late night arrival. Staff were lovely, providing extra towels & printing off our boarding passes (phone only not okay at Bodrum airport). Appreciated the washing machine. Variety of supermarkets & a taxi rank at bottom of the hill. First bar is about 10-15mins, and about 30mins walk into town centre. I have to say it’s not a huge place because of location you don’t get massive places smack bang on the city centre, The view of our balcony was amazing, we spent most of the time at the balcony, next door was a 5 star restaurant called mudavim we managed to get our food served for us at our balcony and my partner she was very impressed. On the other side was rooftop club playing fantastic music we went there every night for dancing. Over all place was clean and I have to say staff was really helpful and I have to mansion guy called Alp he was great had few problems but he was very promp to sort it out for us. Plaice mite seem a bit expensive but you don’t get many places by the beach like this you pay for you location. We will definitely go there next year I have to thanks to guys over there giving us amazing time Xxx"

- "It was a good property, very spacious and in an ok area. It is a good 20 mins walk from the beach. The agency instructions to find the property were rather poor, so it took us a long time to find it upon arrival, which was a pain, as we arrived quite late. There were a couple of other issues which were not getting resolved but once the owner of the flat got in touch with us instead of the agency, everything was resolved quite quickly and we had a nice stay for the rest of the week. Overall a good property if you are looking to combine sightseeing and walking around the town and the beach. "
