- "We liked Red Moon so much, we canceled a trip to Rhodes and extended our stay here. The staff is amazing—knowledgeable, helpful, responsible. The hotel is at the center of Hisaronu, which is a small town near Oludeniz beaches. Minibuses run every 5-10 mins to the beach. Our room had a kitchen so we prepared our own breakfast and lunch most days, which saved us tons of $$ as this is one of the most expensive areas in Turkiye. Our room was super cute with a loft for our son where he had his own bed. The entire place was super clean. There is some noise coming from the restaurants and bars around but that is expected of every hotel in the area. The blinds and sliding door were of high quality and do partially block the noise. The washer and a drying rack were additional niceties. Importantly, the owner is always around and ready to help. The place is very safe, too. Overall, one of the best stays we had over the years, and would highly recommend. "

- "We were met by the lovely manager, Gulay, at 2 o`clock in the morning as that was the time we got to the apartment. We were regularly asked whether everything is ok and any minor problems, which occurred during our stay (eg light bulbs dying or stopped working remote control), were sorted promptly. The apartments itself are spacious and clean. It has everything for a comfortable stay (microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, satellite tv and air conditioning in every room). The swimming pool was empty (not in season) but looked nice . It is situated on a very quiet street with parking spaces, however it is just 2 minutes walk from the bars and restaurants if you don`t want to seat at home in the evening. The only thing which was missing was mosquito net on the windows and I hope it will be installed before our next visit."

The lovely wooden dining table with 6 chairs is located in the kitchen which is fully equipped with washing machine, fridge freezer dishwasher and cooker. - "2/08/23 - 16/08/23 Fortress Apartments. Everything you could wish for in an apartment! Clean, well equipped, close to the centre (2/3 minutes) but far enough away not to be bothered by any nighttime noise! A fantastic base from which to get about on all the fantastic trips available locally (Ibrahim at Seren just down the road booked our 8 trips and they were brilliant - especially the paragliding!) I can't recommend time lettings any stronger - customer service surpassed all expectations! The transfers to and from Dalaman were smooth and seamless, bang on time and totally stress free. Our hob ran out of gas, a new bottle was installed within the hour. 3 times we ran out of (giant bottle with pump) water and when we called for more they were delivered within 30 minutes. I strongly recommend ordering these... We were 6 and went through 3 bottles in 2 weeks.... Cheaper and more convenient than lugging bottles of water from the supermarket! The weather was really hot and the aircon in our apartment was absolutely fantastic. Smashing set up with small kitchen fridge freezer and an additional huge fridge freezer - made shopping for food and drinks much easier. The washing machine a real boon as it meant we went home with completely clean clothes so no piles of washing to do when we got home - just unpacking! Yay!! Top marks for customer service, and perfect apartment!"

The reservation team eventually found the booking the next morning having been reported as a no show!, but the apartment was never available anyway!. Orka found another apartment which was available, back to the hotel to collect the cases then discovered a diamond and gold necklace was missing from the room, the housekeeping had been in. We knew where it was in the morning but it had gone when we returned, hotel insisted we had lost it, we maintain it was taken! Police informed to no avail. In all a very disappointing experience, if we had been given the accommodation which we had booked and paid for when we arrived then we would still have the jewellery now. "
