There was a water supply issue in the area for one night, but the management provided 5-litre bottles of water for use during water outage. The rooms, kitchens, ACs, WiFi, were all great. Communication was excellent, and our contact, Uğur, speaks fluent English. The one-bedroom flat was fine for our needs for three nights. However, the bedroom doesn’t have its own air-con unit - there’s just one for the whole flat - which in the middle of summer may be problematic if you and your partner sleep at different hours. Although the whole development is new, it’s clear that not a lot of love and attention went into its construction. Some of the workmanship is conspicuously shoddy - to the extent that there were unused pieces of electrical wiring and screws left on top of the bathroom cabinet, which must have been left over when the block was constructed. This wasn’t a dealbreaker by any means, but it seemed symptomatic of a lack of care and attention regarding the building itself. There is a large herd of boars in the immediate vicinity of the block. This didn’t bother us at all, but if you’re nervous around wildlife, you might want to consider this. They didn’t cause us any trouble and they can’t get into the compound. Güllük itself is a pleasant small town with a drastically different vibe to glamorous Bodrum. We really enjoyed the town. "

The room was filthy, with a constant bad sewer smell that made it unbearable. The staff barely spoke or understood English, making communication frustrating. There was no room service available, and the food was horrible. They served me a burger that was still frozen, including the cheese—completely inedible! The bed sheets were old, stained, and dirty, and many of the room appliances were broken. To top it off, the place felt very unsafe. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable or even remotely clean stay. It was very far away from everything. "

Our holiday home is situated within a small holiday village, just 15 minutes from Bodrum airport. The site is located on the Bodrum peninsula between Guvercinlik and Gulluk in a secluded quiet bay. Our apartment is ideal for families with 2 or 3 children but can accommodate more people - please enquire for details. It is equally suitable for 1 or 2 couples.

The open plan living, dining and kitchen area has large glass sliding doors which lead onto the balcony which has beautiful views. The balcony is the perfect place to relax, eat and watch the sunset.

The fully equipped kitchen has a gas and electric hob, electric oven, extractor fan, kettle, cafetiere, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge freezer. We have provided some store cupboard items to start you off. All cleaning materials, washing powder and toilet paper are provided so all you need to buy is some food or just eat out!

Cleaning & laundry - fresh bed linen and towels are provided. A washing machine is provided for guests' use. The apartment will be cleaned on arrival and departure and for stays of two weeks or more a weekly clean and change of towels and linen is included. Should you wish a mid-week clean during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional charge - please contact us for costs. Please bring your own beach towels.

One bedroom has a double bed and the other bedroom has a double bed with a single bed above. Enjoy a sea view from both bedrooms, one having sliding doors opening on to the sea facing balcony. Both bedrooms have large wardrobes with drawers, bedside tables and lamps. They are also equipped with fans and mosquito nets if are required.

There is a family bathroom with a bath and shower over.

Bodrum town is about 30 minutes away by car or you can take the Dolmus (minibus) which leaves every hour in peak season.

Why not start off the day by walking to the sea for a swim. Afterwards, if you are tired, then jump on a chauffeur driven golf buggy to our apartment and enjoy breakfast on the balcony, admiring the views. The balcony is furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco.

In the afternoon, relax by the pools, let the children make new friends at the Mini Club and sample the food and drink at the Cafe/Bar.

Have a late afternoon swim in the large 300m2 pool which is so warm as it captures the heat of the sun all day.

In the evenings play 'Okey' or Backgammon in the Cafe area.

If you do not want to escape from emails and the internet then there is free wi-fi access in the Cafe area. We also have wi-fi in the apartment.

Both bedrooms and living room have uninterrupted sea views.

In the pools area the outdoor cafe is shaded should you wish to cool off and the indoor cafe area and gym have air conditioning!

The apartment can provide a convenient base from which to visit the many places, sights and attractions in the area.

We would recommend hiring a boat from Guvercinlik for the day and discover a secluded bay and swim in the crystal clear turquoise waters and enjoy the peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle.

Alternatively, there is a vast array of activities to do and sites to visit in Bodrum. Day trips are also possible to Ephesus, the largest archaeological site in the world and the stunning pools at Pamukkale although to make the most of your visit then an overnight stay might be be a good idea. Also recommended is a trip to the royal rock tombs at Dalyan and the Temple of Apollo at Didim.

The complex has 24 hour security and all cars remain in the car park so that it is safe for children to walk about. Transport within the site, should you need it, is by chauffeur-driven golf carts.

There is a small supermarket on site and in addition to this a greengrocer visits twice a week in high season.

A small basket ball practice area/court is available in the pools area next to the children's playground.

The Jacuzzi is unheated

Airport transfers available on request and cost approximately £22 each way.

Security deposit of £150.00 is taken prior to arrival to cover damage/breakages and will be returned after departure inspection and return of keys.

Bodrum is about 25-30min away and Bodrum airport about 15min. The lovers of swimming pools definitely won't be disappointed, it's very large, very clean and situated right by the sea. There is a private beach with showers, changing rooms, sunbeds and parasols. It's a very steep area, but there are golf carts that going up and down all day till very late. We would definitely recommend to rent a car as it would make it easier to get to the shops, restaurants etc. The host of the property was amazing! Overall, we would highly recommend this place and property for peaceful and relaxing holiday with breathtaking, unforgettable views!"

- "Very nice apartment. Spacious, clean, everything you need and stunning views. Plenty of pools, very quiet. Nice local beach you can get a free lift to. Lots of steps as very high up so make good use of the free transport cars. Ants were a small problem for the whole complex but we left a good spray under the sink. Just ensure you get in a car when you first arrive off the boat and ask the driver for your keys and passes. The office is not 24 hours. Get the boat back to Gulluk for a decent supermarket. Would definitely return."

Welcome to our holiday villa, located in the enchanting Gulluk Bodrum, just 200 meters walking distance from the beach. Our villa offers the perfect location for a relaxing and unforgettable vacation.

Our holiday villa-appartement is located on the ground floor and offers stunning garden views. Guests have access to a communal pool measuring 10 by 15 meters, as well as a heated children's pool. Outside, there is also an outdoor shower and sun loungers for relaxation. The interior of the villa is spacious and comfortable, with a large fully equipped open kitchen featuring modern appliances. The floors are made of beautiful granite. There are a total of 3 bedrooms, including 1 master bedroom with its own shower and toilet. Guests can enjoy the terrace, and the villa is equipped with air conditioning. Additionally, various electronic devices are available, such as a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, and hairdryer.

The surroundings of the villa are lively and full of local charm. Within walking distance, you will find the weekly bazaar, where local farmers offer fresh vegetables, fruits, cheese, milk, Turkish bread, dried fruits, and even seaweed. On Thursdays, there is a market in the town center, where you can enjoy the atmosphere and taste local delicacies. - "We arrived at 11pm.. no lights on - no email to explain how we were to find the property. The address was not one that any of the taxi drivers we consulted knew..so my driver rang the agent. House in darkness - and had to ring up again to find how to get in.,. keybox entry system. Be good to have known this and the code to open the box !! The flat was clean and tidy but no towels left out and we had to look through cupboards to find the various items we n eeded. Flat itself was good.. spacious and well equipped..apart from a number of defunct light bulbs ( we had to ring agent to send electrician to deal with this.)...Garden and pool were outstanding and made up for the lack of a view. Position excellent.. 300 m from the sea. Agent never appeared while we were there .,.even though he phoned to say he would come to get our passport details which -apparently- is a requirement for hoteliers and rentals. The last day he arranged to meet us to check out.and collect the fee for a late checkout ( 200 Turkish Lira).. but 5 mins before taxi arrived..another text telling us that he couldnt make it. so we had to leave the fee in the flat and re set key box. ... To summarise.. would recommend flat.. but dont expect much in the way of communication from the agent. TO find it.. ask your taxi to take you to Carrefour supermarket,, and phone the agent from there .. its only a short distance from there.. "
