Our room had a kitchen so we prepared our own breakfast and lunch most days, which saved us tons of $$ as this is one of the most expensive areas in Turkiye. Our room was super cute with a loft for our son where he had his own bed. The entire place was super clean. There is some noise coming from the restaurants and bars around but that is expected of every hotel in the area. The blinds and sliding door were of high quality and do partially block the noise. The washer and a drying rack were additional niceties. Importantly, the owner is always around and ready to help. The place is very safe, too. Overall, one of the best stays we had over the years, and would highly recommend. "

The guest must bring a damage deposit of £300 in cash.

- "We had the most amazing two weeks staying at the villa prestige. The villa was spotless, spacious and provided everything you could ask for. We quickly felt at home and Yasin was always available to answer any questions we had. He kindly arranged transfers to and from the villa and provided contact details for taxis when going out on different day trips. The pool was a welcome relief from the sun and the kids were happy that inflatables had been left at the property so they could start having fun as soon as we arrived. The villa is very private and secure and we felt safe and relaxed during our stay. The views are incredible and although only a short walk or taxi drive from the main strip the location is quiet and relaxing. Before arriving we had planned lots of days out but didn't get around to everything as we were more than happy to spend our time at the villa and on days we did go out we went early morning and we're eager to return to enjoy the facilities. On the day of departure we had a late flight so Yasin allowed us to leave our suitcases at the villa so that we could go out and enjoy our last day in Hisaronu and then we were able to pick up our things before heading the airport. We were all very sad to leave and we hope to return in the future."

This luxury 4 bedroomed modern villa has real Turkish character and is located at the base of the impressive mendos mountain with amazing views of babadag where the paragliders start their decent down to olu deniz beach. The villa has it's own private pool with sun beds and parasols . A marble staircase takes you to the 1st and 2nd floor bedrooms and landing areas. A large covered balcony is fully equiped for outside dining and can provide shade from the hot sun. Each of the 4 bedrooms has air-conditioning.

- "Highly recommended to stay at Villa Caroline the gardens and balcony offer great shade from the sun and we really needed it with temperatures 10 degrees above average for June. We went as a family of 8 with two very young children and really appreciated that the pool has two depths which allowed us to interact with the little ones. The Villa is fully air conditioned and very comfortable we took a fire stick so was able to get good television from the wi fi. Bulent and Burcu are excellent hosts and so accommodating we had a couple of minor issues which were resolved quickly. Yes the Villa is 25 minutes walk from the strip but benefits from having a well stocked supermarket two minutes away and is very close to good restaurants such as Turtle, Karisma and our favourite Cazibe. (all a very short walk) Taxis our £4/£5 to the strip from a call point nearby or wave one down from the road outside. Although it is on the main top road it is well set back and the garden is secure and the balcony has a wrap around fence and gate which was ideal to keep two toddlers from coming to any harm. We hope to return in the future and would happily answer any questions people might have."

I do have a couple of minor suggestions to add to the property but in the main I highly recommend it. 1 - get rid of the coloured pillowcases on the beds and replace with plain white so they can be easily washed/replaced each stay/clean. 2 - provide a towel for drying dishes, a cloth for washing dishes, washing up liquid, bin bags and maybe some hand soap in the bathrooms. These things cost very little and when you are renting a premium property such as this these should be provided as standard. Adding these would be a great extra at very little cost."

- "This is our third time staying in this area. The Mountain View’s are beautiful. The villa was smaller than what we are used to but it was fantastic. A well stocked kitchen which we were pleased with as we love to cook and make meals when we are away. The pool was really good and clean. We could not fault this villa and are coming back again next year. A recommendation would be better quality towels but cannot think of anything else. We did manage to lock ourselves out of the villa with all our money and my phone inside. We were having drinks and using the pool. My friend managed to inbox the owner and we got a man about an hour later to let us back in. This might also need to be highlighted with the verbo as we could not contact them as my phone was inside as they now send a code to your phone. The villa is on the top road and close to restaurants and bars. Do try out the pizza restaurant on the top road. You will not be disappointed. It is called Dilna."

- "We were changed to another room in another hotel, supposedly an upgrade but the room was very noisy, you could hear everything for the next rooms. I booked this place because it looked far away from other rooms but I was changed into a worst room. I hate noisy places. Apartment Kismet Villa, which hosts our guests near the Babadag slope, offers you a very special holiday in its spacious and spacious garden with its unique shared pool and silence. This is a lovely two double bedroom apartment with ample space ideal for self catering holidays. It is built to a very high standard and is in a cosy and well maintained apartment complex which is perfectly situated in Hisaronu, backed by a pine forest.

The complex has a very nice well maintained garden and the mountain views are breath taking.
Ideal to have morning walks or cycling.

The apartment has two double bedrooms both with en-suite facilities. First bedroom has a double bed, and has access to the balcony. Second bedroom is with again en-suite facilities, this bedroom has twin bed.
Kitchen is with dining area, kitchen has all you need from washing machine to pans and cutlery, you can find a complete list in Facilities section below.

The apartment also has two patios, one in the back and one in the front, both of them suitable for chilling out and out door eating, we have provided additional table and chairs for an alfresco feast.

The complex has a large, well maintained pool.

Supermarkets and all amenities are within literally 3-4 minute walk as bars and cafes.
Also you can take a dolmus (minibus) to both Fethiye centre and Oludeniz, dolmus stops are within 3-4 minute walk.

The complex is maintained 24 hours so if you have any problems someone is always there.

Located 4 km from the world-famous Oludeniz beach, 8 km from the center of Fethiye and 45 km from the airport, our villa is ready for you for a quiet, calm, peaceful holiday.
Our villa, which has its own pool, also has a private garden.
You can easily go to both Ölüdeniz and Fethiye with the inner city lines that pass in front of our villa, which is 50 meters away from the main road.
