The villa is a short drive away from the stunning Akkaya Secret Valley where you will find a beautiful lake with lush green mountains surrounding it with a near by restaurant in the trees. The Villa is also just a 25 min from from 5 Star Sarigerme beach where you will find lots to do, a great place to soak up sun and spend evenings dining out. Don't forget to visit Gocek once a small farming village now transformed in to one of the top yachting destinations in Turkey. Gocek has a wonderful selection of traditional and international restaurants can be found dotted in the pretty streets that lead to Gocek’s four marinas. Gocek is a picturesque harbour where you can take short trips by boat and water taxi to the nearby islands and coves which makes a fabulous day is out. You will also be 20 min from Dalyan a great town which is steeped in history and if history is not your thing then Dalyan also has a beach, fresh water lake, mud baths, hot springs, beautiful mountain scenery and the beautiful Itsuzu (Turtle Beach) is only a 25 minute boat ride away. The whole region is a national conservation area, and home to numerous varieties of birds, and three types of turtles and is truly is a great place to explore. Gunluklu is a beautiful private beach only a 30 minute drive from the villa. It's a great escape with beautiful gardens with hammocks in the shade under a tree adjoining the sandy bay, there are not many tourists apart from turkish ones. If you are feeling a little more adventurous why not make a 45 drive to the city of Fethiyie where you can enjoy fabulous food, shop around and spend great nights out. Fethiyie has a popular fish fresh fish market which is definitely worth a visit.

- "My family and I had different views of the house. I personally enjoyed the mesmerizing view by the pool and terrace. It was somehow hot outside as we came in the summer in late August. The house is located in between mountains, which ensures a high level of privacy as the pool is surrounded by trees and mountains from all directions. A car is needed in this house, because of its location. The closest market is 45 minutes away walking; 7 mins by car. There’s a really good restaurant “ kofteci” next to the market too. There aren’t many shops close by. The kids enjoyed the monopoly that is already available in the house. And we had a nice bbq night out. The TV is old fashioned you can’t view a lot of channels on it, the furniture is more practical than modern and the house needs maintenance as for the ac in the room upstairs and the washing machine."

New penthouse in a very nice park with beautiful swimming pools. The penthouses have 2 levels.
On the 1st level there are 2 bedrooms (1 with a spacious balcony), 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room (with a big balcony). On the 2nd level there is a bedroom, a bathroom, a small kitchen and a very large terrace. The penthouse are fully equiped (aircon, dish-washer, TV, fridge-freezer, hair dryer, iron, etc.).

Besides the outdoor pool Botanic Gardens offers many more facilities such as an indoor pool, fully equipped gym, restaurant with a beautiful outdoor bar and terrace.

- "This penthouse surpassed our expectations, the pictures definitely do not do justice to this apartment, We were given clear directions to the penthouse, which we followed and got to the complex without losing our way. When we arrived the penthouse was spotless clean and every piece of linen and towels were washed and clean. The management at Botanic Gardens were very helpful and the handover was seamless and stress free. Every appliance in the penthouse worked absolutely fine, we had a minor problem with the boiler which the management promptly fixed. There was ample parking for our car and the market was not very far where every essential can be purchased from. The locals are very pleasant and very helpful aswell. The complex do have regular shuttle services to Dalaman town and to neighbouring towns. We were pleasantly surprised with the penthouse, it is more spacious than it seems in the pictures. We had not problems whatsoever with this penthouse and will definitely stay here again when we return to Dalaman."

The villa - built of natural and brick - is located outside of Dalaman in the beautiful Secret Valley Valley near Akkaya in the Dalaman region. The villa is on a hillside, is aligned on two levels and is located on a plot of approx. 3,470 sqm, which is completely enclosed by a wall and fence. The fantastic view stretches across the entire valley, from the rocky massif to the Dalaman reservoir. The villa was completed in 2000 and is in excellent condition. The equipment is exceptional and was furnished with a lot of love and taste, and a lot of time and money was invested. Pure luxury from the entrance to the open kitchen, living and dining area, on to the terrace. The room layout is very spacious and offers plenty of space for friends and guests of the house. The property has an optimal orientation with an unobstructed view of the reservoir. In addition to the covered terrace with a fireplace, there is another very large terrace at the house, which also includes the pool area. This terrace invites you to celebrate and grill.
