- "Everything is brilliant about this resort. Amazing food and staff. A couple of issues I faced: 1) I took the family room as it suited best for family of 4. It has 2 rooms and a balcony. It get a bit noisy around at night, may be the insulation isnt enough ? 2) Altho, you will find Uber in Antalya, but they dont come to the vicinity of the resorts. So if you need to go out shopping to the city, the hotel travel desk is the only option, and they are rip off. Apart from the above, it is a fab choice. - "We stayed at the hotel for 9 days at the end of November. The hotel staff is really very kind and they deserve all the praise. They are always smiling and ready to make you enjoy your stay. ​The food is very tasty and the offer is varied. We were very satisfied with the food. There is something to eat and drink throughout the day. The room was cleaned every day but not very thoroughly and I don't think they change the sheets very often. So it would be good if they can improve that service. When it got cold outside, the heating did not work in the hotel bar and lobby for several days and it was very cold. After when they turned on the heating, it was warm and cozy. The rum was always warm. The courtyard of the hotel is large with many palm trees and a huge pool so it was pleasant to walk around. The beach is very close, approximately 3 minutes' walk from the hotel, but not so big. The playroom for children does not offer much entertainment. They say it's because of the winter concept because they don't have many children as guests now. But the girl working there is very nice. There weren't many guests so it wasn't crowded anywhere and we really enjoyed our vacation. I absolutely recommend this hotel. ​ "

- "Everything was normal " - "Overall we very much enjoyed our stay. There was a slight faff the first 24 hours getting a suitable room, but we were upgraded to a lovely 8th floor room with a jacuzzi tub on the balcony, which we all enjoyed (the kids loved it!). The room was good, lovely monsoon shower. Most of the minibar drinks were not to my taste (mostly fizzy drinks and beer), but there were always quite a few bottles of water. Shame not large glass bottles to cut down on plastic waste. There were several pools, all pretty cold, I guess that's just timing of the year but would be nice if at least one was heated. The beach area is very nice, a good pontoon, loads of seating and shade. The sea was a bit warmer. The restaurants serve a fairly good mix of food - one mostly focuses on snacks by day (hamburger, hot dogs), dished out on plastic plates that don't look reusable or recyclable, sadly. The one by the beach serves wrap/kebabs and also choices of hot foods. I found it was fairly easy to eat a balanced diet and not too much junk, very important for me and my children. The staff would also come around with trays and trolleys, offering ice cream, juice, raw carrots, wraps. Some go around on Rollerblades, which my daughter loved! The slides were good and varied, something for every age. My hubby and I enjoyed the big wavy slides, they absolutely catapult you off the bottom! We also dared to do the taco ride, the staff member told me 'perhaps today is the day you die' just beforehand, eek!!!"
