You see people working everywhere all the time (they are very hardworking people, and they do deserve tips always, if you can). The cleanliness isn't 5 stars, and I'm blaming the buildings around the hotel, which are many at this time. So the balcony is always dusty, but you can request to clean it from the app or with housekeeping. The bed wasn't the best one I have had, but it is ok, are couple beds, not 2 single beds together. The towels were changed every day during our stay The main restaurant there has a lot of options of food options from European to Azian. Nice and very tasty! We went to 2 A La Cart restaurants (Mexican and Italian), and even the staff were nice, the food wasn't the best I have tried. So, go to the free options if you have, but don't pay for Italian, even if it is only €10 per person. There are kids' dance and show activities every night. I found it a bit late to start at 20h45, going to 22h, but it should be fine for most. The beach doesn't worsen the trip. I'm a beach person and have been in many beautiful ones. The view is nice and beautiful. The water is clear until kids start playing in the sand on the edge. I think isn't natural sand. "

- "What a disappointing hotel it was! It is dated and desperately needs total refurbishment. The food is an insult to Turkish Cuisine. It seems that the same food is served night after night, and the food is hardly edible. Those filthy plate mats, chipped plates and old coffee machines should be replaced at once. Selection and training of the staff should be revisited by the hotel, and all staff members should be told that while serving the guests having a little smile will not hurt them. The hotel desperately in need of crowd and noise control when the Chinese guests are present, which is constant."

Our first night was not great to stay in our room due to the noise in the morning because our room was two floors above the pool and breakfast area. But the manager switched out the room. The rooms are very tiny so you can not spend time in your room only sleeping at night. Our Bathroom sink was very small like the size of 42 shoes (size 10 shoes). Also, the elevator was out of service for our first two-night stays. We went to breakfast at 9:30 and they were out of eggs with tomatoes (Menemen) when asked if they could make more the answer was no. The front desk personnel are very nice. But the kitchen and some of the breakfast vegetables were old the elevator, noises, and the bathroom sink were not as they should have been. I hope management will fix the issue. It is owned, managed and operated by three friendly, helpful, and pleasant brothers, who speak English and German. One of them stays there overnight in a private unit, so it is very safe. They accommodated my specific requests (such as airport pickup/drop off, tour and other local info; exchanging Euros – better rates than nearby; laundry; late departure), and prepared delicious daily breakfasts with coffee/tea. There are 10 units in two buildings. My well-lit upper floor unit had a balcony overlooking the swimming pool and entrance, and included a spacious living room with a large wardrobe, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Sheets and towels were replaced every few days or upon request. There are fruit trees, flowers, and a small garden. The dinners that I had there (chicken filet with greens; fish and chips) were well prepared and delicious. There is a bar area near the pool, and alcoholic and other beverages are reasonably priced. The property is only a few minutes walk to Ladies Beach and the promenade along the sea with its restaurants, bars, stores, etc… Carrefour, BIM and small food and other stores are close by. Shared mini-buses (Dolmus) can be accessed a few minutes walk toward the main road; taxis at one end of the beach or by request."

There is a washing machine , stove, toaster , kettle , kettle , coffee machine , fridge , vacuum cleaner. There is a barbecue in our garden. The sea is 200 meters away , at the back of the site. It is 4-5 minutes on foot.

There are 2 relaxation terraces with a swing and a table and chair set. If you wish, you can have breakfast in the backyard, lunch in nature, dinner on the front terrace, and dinner on the upper floor terrace with a sea view at sunset.
