As for the rest: the apartment is large, clean, modern, the beds are comfortable, the aircon (which in winter works as heating) effective and the shower very nice. There is lots of parking at the back of the apartment, with no charge for guests. I struggle to think of negative aspects about this place because we had such a great time here. There are some minor maintenance points and the safe is rather small. Frankly, if you get the opportunity to book this appartment, do it. You won't regret it and, having been here for two weeks, in my view there is hardly a better location anywhere in Paphos."

- "Me and my girlfriend had a great 1 week stay at the villas. The villa is outside Paphos in a place called Ghoudi (pronounced Goo-oo-d-ee). Around 50 minutes from the airport (Paphos) I recommend using a local taxi company +3579948613 who charge 50 euros and not the taxi hire companies at the airport who charge 85 euros. The villa is nearly 5km from Polis (the nearest town) which you will need to rent a car/hire a taxi to visit (12 euros). There is lots of restaurants and supermarkets here. You are Around 7km from Latchi which is where the nearest beach is and lots of restaurants and activities such as quad biking, boat trips, scuba diving, boat hiral Etc. The kitchen could use more utensils for cooking and perhaps the basics like salt, pepper, olive oil but other than that it is very handy and great to have. Rooms and bathrooms are clean upon arrival and the grounds themselves are kept very well by a lovely lady called Monika. The grounds themselves are split between 5-7 apartments over a communal pool. Again the pool is kept clean, and pool areas are a great sun trap. Being out of the way it is very relaxing and quiet. I also recommend a visit to the nearby juice and sandwich bar just off the main road. The man who runs it is very friendly and provides fresh juice prepared right for you and can not do enough to help you or make sure you are enjoying your stay. Overall the villa is a great quiet retreat for relaxing. I would definitely hire a car when returning!"

- "Nice pleasant apartment just off Paphos harbour and 2 mins walk from the promenade. Comfortable double bed, good kitchen amenities and a nice balcony where you could glimpse the sea if peering over the side. Only gripe would be that the balcony furniture wasn’t very comfortable and I had some issues with the blind and door onto the balcony, very stiff. Good place for a few days in Paphos although you might want to consider somehwere slightly more tucked away if looking for peace and quiet as there was quite a lot of street noise, even in March."

My apartment is in the best place of KATO PAPHOS.King avenue mall is just across the apartment,2 minutes walking to light house beach and 5 minuetes to the harbor.
Bus stop is in front of the complex and bus number 615 to coral bay passes by.
If you want to choose a very good place which is in the heart of tourist area my apartment is the best choice.
If you need my help I can pick you up from airport and take you to airport with cheaper prices than Taxi.

Other things to note
My main purpose is that you have a good stay in paphos and in my flat.
I am always handy and help you for every thing you need.
I pay for electricity and it is included in the price but there is a timer for air conditioner.
Because some guests, turn on the air conditioners and leave the apartment.
So this timer is necessary

Very beautiful Private Room, in tourist area. Beach is only 20 min walk, there are restaurants around, shops and supermarkets and fruit markets are near. Very quiet. The bus stop also is 2 minutes walk. In the house you enjoy 3 balconies all with beautiful views. You will enjoy the place all for yourself. Only owner the lady lives in the second room, she is out all day.
