A lot of thought has gone in to providing everything you need, from plenty of utensils, plates, cups and glasses in the kitchen to hand towels, bath towels and towels for the swimming pool. The outside terrace had dining table, sun loungers and a lovely large and sturdy parasol with a concrete base with wheels, so it could easily be moved around to shield from the sun at anytime of the day. The apartment was extremely clean and had a lovely shower room. The communication from Narcissos Villas was excellent with a visit from a representative of the rental company on the day after we arrived. The swimming pool and pool area was very clean and well maintained with even more sun loungers around the pool. The property had covered car parking too. The location of the property was great, 10-15 minutes walk from Nissi Beach and Vathia Gonia Beach (Sandy Bay), both these beaches were beautiful with crystal clear waters. There were plenty of lovely restaurants nearby within a short walk, starting at less than a 5 minute walk. We walked into the centre of Ayia Napa in around half an hour. There were reasonable supermarkets within a short walk. We had car hire for the duration of our stay and access to the road network was excellent, we used our car to shop at a great hypermarket 'Sklavenitis' in Paralimni. GUEST REGISTRATION & RENTAL AGREEMENT SIGNING: All guests must complete our online registration form, sign the rental agreement, and provide identification. This is a requirement outlined in our management agreement with the property owner. The process takes just 1 minute to complete. Our data handling aligns with the 7 principles of the GDPR and is deleted from our system within 7 days after your checkout.
This process is mandatory by the Hotels & Tourism Establishments law KΔΤΙ 192/85, Καν. 10 & 64 (1) & (2) and you are required to complete the form to receive the key collection information prior to your arrival.

THIS IS A SELF-CATERING ACCOMMODATION, we are not a Hotel. We provide only starters and guests are responsible to restock any items and purchase everything that they will require during their stay. Edible items (oil, salt, pepper) and cleaning products are not provided. We provide linen and towels based on the number of people that have booked the accommodation.

PROPERTY GUEST AREA Within 24 hours of your booking you will receive the Guest Area link with all the important information about the property. We strongly suggest using the property app before your arrival as well as during your stay as it includes important information such as directions and address, parking, WIFI codes, facilities, things to do, etc. Before you contact us with any questions during your stay please check first if you can’t find an answer in our guest area - most likely the answer will be there!

EXTRA SERVICES & REQUESTS

• If your reservation is 10 nights or longer, you can request an extra set of bed sheets and towels per guest at no charge. For reservations shorter than 10 nights, you can still request bed sheets and towels, but there will be an additional fee. Expect delivery within one day. Please note that to receive any items, you must request them from our staff or through the guest area. Guests are responsible for changing the bed sheets themselves as needed.

• EXTRA Housekeeping Services, including daily services, are available on request at an additional cost.

• Airport transportation is available upon request and at extra cost.

-5 minutes drive to the famous Konnos beach and 10 minutes drive to Protaras town center.

-Easy access by bus to Nissi beach, Paralimni and Protaras center.

• TRANSPORTATION FROM AND TO THE PROPERTY

- We can arrange a taxi directly from OR to Larnaca or paphos airport. (extra charge)

- Guests can take a direct bus shuttle from Larnaca airport or bus line 711 from Larnaca center and arrive at the main bus stop of Ayia Napa Monastery which is only 4 minutes’ walk from the apartment.

- Public transportation such as taxi and bus are located in the center of Ayia Napa, which is just a four-minute walk from the apartment.

- Shared parking spaces are available for guests. For your convenience, please make a request for a parking space after booking.

Newly renovated studio apartment located in a quiet area just a few minutes walk from Ayia Napa center, shops and restaurants. It is just about 15 minutes walk to the beach.

Guests can enjoy the pool area which also has a kids pool. In the pool area there is a bar with big TV's showing sport events and a restaurant for food and snacks that is open until late. Great atmosphere for chilling in the day and hanging around for a drink at night.
