- "Brand new apartment, renovated and clean. Brand new refrigerator. Oven/stove-top, microwave, laundry machine, tea and coffee makers. Owner/manager was responsive to email and phone calls. When we did not know how to operate the stovetop a nice young man appeared within two hours and explained everything. ((We stayed one night at another apartment in Caesarea, and that one was neither clean, nor was the owner available at all -- even when there was no toilet paper. But that's a different story. So I really know to appreciate the good service I got here. )) We had our own little porch. To bad that it was unusually cold and rainy. We couldn't enjoy the sun. The location is ideal, steps away from the Carmel market, in walking distance of fabulous restaurants (kosher and not-so-kosher). And a nice synagogue is close by. (Probably several, but I needed only one.) I should mention that there was no hair dryer and no iron. Whether this is normal in Israel, I don't know. In America I usually find one or both of those items. If I have a chance to return to T.A. I will absolutely book this apartment again. Incidentally I booked three apartments in the building, one for me and two for other family friends who were overlapping with us in Tel Aviv. "

THE NEIGHBORHOOD



The apartment is located in the historical and unique neighborhood of Tel Aviv called Neve Tzedek. Neve Tzedek is well know for being the first Jewish neighborhood built outside the wall of the ancient port of Jaffa.

This neighborhood is famous for its unique and authentic architecture. It is minutes away from the beach and Jaffa's Clock square.

The main street of this neighborhood is called Shabazi, where the apartment is located. There are boutiques, shops, cafes & restaurants all around. The Carmel Market is a short walk away and the Tachana (the old train station) recently renovated to host shops, boutiques and restaurants is down the street.



GETTING AROUND

You can do everything on foot or rent a city bicycle from a nearby station. There are countless buses running from the Carmelit terminal which will take you about anywhere in Tel Aviv and around. If you plan on using buses or trains, you'll need to purchase a RavKav card (available at the airport or in the train stations) and load some money on it using the RavKav app on your phone.

Lastly we recommend using the app Gett to order taxis when needed.

- The main guest must submit a copy of a valid tourist visa, (the border pass, a blue slip that they will receive at the immigration authority upon arrival in Israel) in order to be exempted from paying VAT. This exemption applies only to people entering Israel on a B/2, B/3, B/4 visa or entering according to a special entry permit, such as diplomats.

- Tourists who fail to present a valid tourist visa will be charged an extra 18% VAT.

- VAT collection, when applicable, must take place before entering the property.

- The management reserve the right to deny entry to the property to a guest unable to present a valid border pass or unwilling to pay 18% VAT while mandatory. In such a case the standard cancelation policy will apply and the price of the booking will be due in full.



THE NEIGHBORHOOD

The apartment is situated in an ideal location for those wishing to experience the old and the new Tel Aviv. Ben Yehuda Street, nearby has a very old history and was the site of several impressive synagogues, the first radio station - Kol Israel - and even the country's first supermarket. Alongside these significant milestones there are restaurants, shops and cafés that invite visitors to delight in the Tel Aviv atmosphere and experience their Tel Aviv vacation to the fullest.

Other interesting streets nearby are Dizengoff, Allenby and Hayarkon Streets. In Dizengoff St. you can enjoy daily trips to boutiques, bakeries and magical pastry shops, and of course you can go to the shops in THE commercial center - Dizengoff Center. In Allenby Street you can visit the famous Opera Tower or the well-known “Tzalmania”. The latter was the first photography shop in Tel Aviv and offers a nostalgic tour of the past with its pre-digital photographic paraphernalia. At the end of Hayarkon Street is the famous Hayarkon Park where you can hike, picnic or go sailing in small boats and the Namal (Tel Aviv port).



GETTING AROUND

You can do everything on foot or rent a city bicycle from a nearby station on Dizengoff street. There are countless buses running from Dizengoff and Kind George streets which will take you about anywhere in Tel Aviv and around. If you plan on using buses or trains, you'll need to purchase a RavKav card (available at the airport or in the train stations) and load some money on it using the RavKav app on your phone.

Lastly we recommend using the app Gett to order taxis when needed.

The location is excellent, a short walk to the ocean, and a very short walk to main streets and restaurants. Probably the only downside was that two of the bedrooms are small with little storage/closet space, though Feel Home did accommodate us with over door hangers, this probably wouldn’t be a problem for a family with children, also be aware that even though the elevator opens into the apartment, there are stairs to navigate. Feel Home Israel was excellent to deal with, and were always available to help us when we had questions. would be helpful to have brief written instructions on operation of appliances and TV - we finally changed language on TV to English, but could not figure out if we had anything beyond basic cable etc,, FYI the patio door needs proper fixing, not stable and probably will not hold during the next wind storm."

My place is close to 20 min from the airport & near public transport. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

A cozy private room in my spacious Tel Aviv apartment, just behind Kikar Hamedina (כיכר המדינה) and 1 km from Savidor Mercaz train station. Surrounded by shops, bars, cafes, and culture, it’s perfect for exploring the "TLV." The room has a lock from the inside ( single bed, big window, simple desk, storage, and fast Wi-Fi. Shared bathroom. There is a balcony for smoking weed. Kitchen is Basic and Old. Smoking balcony.

The apartment is located on one of Tel aviv most famous street, its 5 min walk to the beach and you the area is vivd and full of restaurants bar and clubs.
The atmosphere on the street its very fussy and busy with lots of things to do and see.
The cosy room has a double bed and closet.
It got two airways directions.

The apartment is located in Levinsky st. Groceries, supermarket, chemist, Shuk everything is near!! 5 mins walking distance from Allenby street.
It is a two room apartment both living room & bedroom are spacious & strong air conditioner.
Due to tradition here, it is not allowed to mix meat & milk hence using of utensils is restricted. A pot is available to make tea/coffee/indian chai available. Big refrigerator.
