The apartment is part of a villa completed in 2010. Quiet residential area with plenty of parking space.

The pool is shared with the owner so that you get to use the pool completely privately 2-3 hours a day, and for the rest of the day enjoy the beaches.

If you come with small children we ask you to keep the pool gate locked when you are not using the pool.

We built our house in the Neve Amirim neighborhood of Herzelia because we love this area with its almost village-like feel and its closeness to Tel Aviv and the sea. Our street has very few cars passing (it’s a loop) and we have a big garden with lots of birds singing in the trees.

The house is built on climatic principles of natural light, air circulation, thermal mass, rainwater collection and use of gray water in the garden. We also encourage our guests to recycle and compost.

Coming here from 'Ben Gurion' Tel Aviv airport, takes just 30 min, if not in rush hour. You can get to Tel Aviv in 20 minutes and the beach is just 10 min. away. There are a few good coffee shops and restaurants, 2 supermarkets, a cinema, a laundromat, a bank and a natural foods shop... all within a walking distance. Many restaurants deliver. So you can order food from a menu on the internet and have it brought to you at no extra cost.

In the garden, we have a pool, which is 12x5 meters (36X15 feet). One end of the pool is very deep and the other end (1.10 m) (3ft 7in) has comfortable steps.

There are also many flower bushes, a deck and pool toys. The pool is shared between us and the guests. The guests can use the pool in the mornings; unless otherwise agreed. Only the staying guests are welcome to the pool. The pool cannot be seen from the apartment and the guests are totally responsible for their family's safety.

The vacation apartment is entered from the east side of the house and it has its own gate and two small outdoor sitting areas. Our entrance is on the other side of the house and we live on the top floor, therefore we don't see the apartment at all.

The apartment has 2 large bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with the possibility of sleeping 3 in separate beds. (One of the beds is collapsible and can be put out of the way) This room also has a cable TV.
There is a 16-square meter (144 sq. feet) kitchen with a dining table for 5. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, 2 electric cooktops, a microwave and a toaster oven. It has all the necessary dishes for preparing and serving a meal. There's coffee, tea, sugar, oil and milk for the start. Outside the kitchen, in the garden, there is a sitting area.

The bathroom is large and new (like the rest of the house). It's got 2 sinks, many drawers, and a shower booth.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned in summer, and floor heated in winter, with independent controls for each room. Every room has a ceiling fan too. All the windows have mosquito nets.

You will be given sheets and towels, and an extra pool towel each.

Our daughters have grown up, but if you like I can find you some toys that I have kept. There is also a selection of books.

The apartment is not intended for partying and making noise at night. If by chance we are going to be entertaining our friends till late, we will tell you about it ahead of time.

Will there be 10-20 cockroaches dying outside the property and occasionally inside near the doors? - "The property could have been perfect for our needs. Sadly, we had numerous issues with the property including water damage in 2 of the bedrooms and bathroom with a damp.smell, wet and peeling walls and mold. The property manager was helpful.and responsive but unfortunately these issues were not resolved during our entire weeklong stay. We were at the villa with young children and could not have them in those rooms Some other issues were a broken air conditioner in one bedroom, a completely broken crib, broken faucets in bathrooms and showers, numerous power outs , a broken water meter. This is listed as a very exclusive property and os quite expensive. Because of all of these issues that we were dealing with on a daily basis for our entire stay, we wrote to the property manager asking to be refunded for 2 put of the 7 nights. He refused even after i sent photos with proof of our claims"

- "House was in complete disrepair. Rooftop deck was unavailable and locked off because safety railing was missing. Light fixtures literally hung from the sockets. Wall electric controls similarly hung out of the wall. Oven control panel held on by clear tape. Oven will not cook at anything below 180 degrees C (356 F). Electricity went out multiple times. Breaker switches tripped at least once a day. Hot water did not work. Multiple vertical blinds malfunctioned and then broke during our stay. Vertical blind in one bedroom would not shut leaving exposed view directly at bed. A/C would not operate in one bedroom. No notes or instructions left to advise what day to take out trash, how to operate tv's, how to operate appliances, how to turn on hot water heater (which in our case was not working anyway), no instructions on how to operate washing machine and dryer, which each had quirks to figure out. Layer of dust on all window sills and sliding glass doors. Layer of dirt and dust on the sliding pool cover. Not enough plates, no pots or pans, no garbage bags, no measuring cups or other basic kitchen supplies. Multiple faucets hung loose. Unsecure, no-password Wi-Fi. Many lights bulbs out and no replacements bulbs. Bedside lamp would not turn on. This is a neglected home in substantial disrepair. I have submitted my real name and I have pictures and video to back up this review. For a house in the $1,000+ range the home was completely unacceptable. Couple this with unreturned phone calls and abysmal service from the renting agent made for a very poor experience. renting agent is Cosytal Rental agent first name is Gary. My suggestion is to not rent from this entity due to lack of responsiveness. It's one thing to offer a house with problems but quite another to ignore renters calls. Also, for my rental, a complete unwillingness to even discuss a reasonable return of a portion the rental price. This combined with no instructions or notes about the house is the height of awful service. The only redeeming quality of this home is proximity to the beach. It is a 5-minute walk to a beautiful beach."
