What immediately strikes you is the villa's stature, private position, glistening private pool and of course the stunning Sea Views. Those of you with young children will have difficulty in containing their excitement at the play equipment on the lawn area but perhaps after a long journey from home and the warmth of a Cyprus afternoon, the private pool will still be favorite for trying out first.

The villa's front door opens into a large airy open plan space comprising the lounge, inside dining area and kitchen. The lounge is furnished with 2 large real leather sofas and has a 42' Flat Screen TV with Satellite & DVD player. There is an open fire for those who wish to take advantage of some daytime sunshine and a cozy evening atmosphere in cooler winter months.

The adjacent dining/breakfasting area is equipped with a wooden table and eight chairs. The second bedroom is a double bedroom (again with king-sized bed) and the third is a twin. Between the bedrooms is a large bathroom with bath and shower. All bedrooms benefit from TV's neatly set within the fitted wardrobes with Satellite controlled by the receiver in the lounge (all except the master bedroom).

The villa is fully air-conditioned with a sophisticated modern system. The villa benefits from fly screens throughout. A travel cot and highchair are supplied free of charge on request. Other extras such as hairdryer, pool towels, and safety deposit box are also provided. The villa has an underfloor heating option at a supplement.

The outside areas of 'Villa Leni' in Argaka are accessed by a long private driveway with fruit orchards on either side. There is ample parking at the rear and side of the house including under a shaded car port with space for 2 cars. A large area laid to lawn with children's play equipment (2 x swings, chute, see saw and climbing apparatus) sits to the left of the house as you approach and allows for children to play safely (in view of all outside seating areas).

The centerpiece of the holiday villa's ground is a very inviting 9m x 4m private pool (which can be heated) with jacuzzi hot tub* positioned at the end. The spacious pool terrace is nicely equipped with 8 large sun loungers that benefit from large overhanging parasols and drinks tables. A picnic bench allows for casual snacking or coffee while absorbing the fresh sea air.

A large gazebo with table and chairs to seat 8 comfortably for lunch or dinner is accompanied by a large stone built BBQ and clay oven. This creates the ideal setting for alfresco dining and socializing with your party on holiday.

An outside shower and long terrace with further table and chairs to seat 8 completes the outside areas.

Most of the outside areas afford spectacular uninterrupted views of the whole coastline area as well as the impressive hillside backdrop. The pretty flowers, shrubs and trees add to the atmosphere, making it the ideal place for relaxing in the sun or shade.

Villa Leni is situated in the heart of Argaka, a beautiful and somewhat unspoilt Cypriot Village sandwiched between the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean Sea and some spectacular mountains filled with pine trees. Argaka is home to a number of traditional Cypriot restaurants, a beach bar and an Irish Bar (please ask about their kids club facility) as well as a bakery and 2 mini-markets. Many of these amenities are in walking distance of the villa or within a very short car journey. Travel a little way and you reach the bigger town of Polis. There is plenty of activity to choose from, whether you wish to dine in one of the many restaurants, shop at some larger supermarkets, hire mountain bikes, quad bikes or just watch the world go by in the ambiance of the traditional village square.

The nearby Latchi beach is renowned as one of the best on this side of the island and not as crowded as the beaches in and around Paphos itself (which can be reached by car in 30 minutes or under). Latchi beach is famous for its clear blue sea, soft white sand and a great selection of water sports which are readily available. Take one of the boat rides (or even hire your own) to the blue lagoon, have a swim and/or snorkel, then come back to the pretty harbor/fishing port and have the famous Fish Meze, where you will be served approx 20 dishes including some of the freshest catches of the day whilst watching the world go by.

For the more adventurous, you can enter the ‘Akamas’ Nature reserve and go all the way round to ??Lara Beach’ famous for its turtles and wonderful beach. If it is unspoilt Cyprus you are looking for, this is a great area to visit. You may even venture into the nearby villages of Peristerona, Lysos and Miliou or further on to Kathikas (with its vineyards and wineries), Droushia and Panagia. Other fantastic scenery can be taken in at Cedar Valley and the Troodos mountain range where in Winter, you can even Ski!

Paphos airport is less than 1 hour away by very good quality roads with English road signs. Visit Argaka and you won’t be disappointed.

''We were really surprised about the care package on arrival. the fridge was filled with delicious things...We had beautiful days on cyprus. The Villa is very nice and it is in a very good location- quiet but not to far to the Beach and to the Resraurants.
We rent bikes and one day a boat to go to the blue lagoon like last year. We went to fly again and to Santa Barabara, Mamma Mia and to Finikas in Polis. We could really recommend Finikas in Polis- it is a very good restaurant.

We used the grill at the villa. We enjoyed the really warm swimming pool. Also we played table tennis. The Service from the owner was very good and Maria did a good job 5*****( from 5!)

''We had a great stay at Villa Leni and would consider a return visit, this is unusual for us as we generally like to try different villas and is testament to the excellent location and facilities on offer. We'll also be keeping letsrentonline in mind for future Cyprus rentals. See further comments below.

The villa exceeded our expectations based on the pictures, the outside area was more spacious and private than expected and the inside was very clean and well equipped. The villa location is superb, its raised position provides wonderful views towards the sea and of the surrounding countryside and catches a lovely breeze.

All comms were excellent, the directions to the villa were clear and we appreciated the provisions left by the owner. The stealthy early morning pool cleaning meant that we were never interrupted in the day.

''The villa was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped, the pool was a lovely size and the views where breathtaking, it was set in such a wonderful area.

The location was quiet, which is exactly what we wanted, but we weren't too far from some beaches, cafes and shops by car. The local bakery was great for cakes, apple pies and other delicacies. We went on the blue lagoon boat trip which was stunning and the gift shops near the Latchi Harbour were really sweet. We drove down to a beach near Argaka which had a pier, the views were spectacular from here, the beach was stony but we didn't mind as we had lots of fun and not many people were about so we had the beach to ourselves.

We are really impressed with the agents, we contacted you whilst on holiday, you were very prompt with your replies and very helpful. The local owner Maria was very kind and helpful. She came and visited the villa when we had a few queries, resolving them straight away and even brought us a beautiful apple pie, she told us about when she built the villa and about the area.

''Excellent villa! Everything we needed was there. The photos probably undersold the property a bit! Excellent value for money.

Excellent location. Quiet but only a 10 min drive to the town of Polis that has plenty of bars and restaurants as well as a choice of supermarkets. There’s a local shop, bars, and beaches within walking distance. Only an hour’s drive from Paphos airport.

Our favourite beach was Argaka, just a 5 min drive away (walkable if it’s not too hot!). Not too busy, plenty of sunbeds. We also loved Santa Barbara Resto and Beach Bar at Argaka beach. We had a day trip to Paphos Aphrodite Water Park and that was great fun. Busy but well organised and queues moved quickly. The Aphrodite Baths are underwhelming but we combined it with a hike around the Aphrodite trail and that is tough on a hot day but worth it for stunning views. We used Latchi Watersports to rent a Pedalo, with discount through LetsRentOnline, and they were very friendly and helpful.

Communication from yourself was speedy, courteous and professional. There was a welcome pack of essentials and some luxury goods for us on arrival. Maria communicated clearly with us and popped in to check all was ok on our first full day at the villa.

''The villa was excellent. Clean and very spacious both indoors and outdoors. The location is lovely and quiet and you can see the most amazing sunsets from the poolside or balconies. We would recommend a car to be able to go to some of the other nice restaurants.

The restaurants Pas to Kima in Argaka, Periyiali and Yialos in Latchi. Artopiisis bakery is amazing for pastries and cakes.The STS Motofun safari is a great way to explore the Akamas National Park and so much fun as long as you don’t mind getting very dusty. The sunset boat trip to the Blue Lagoon was also amazing. Absolutely satisfied with all service received.

We had an absolutely wonderful time in Cyprus and the Villa was fantastic. Thank you very much for having such a lovely Villa for us to be able to rent.. .''

''Villa Leni is beautiful! It is tucked away, offering seclusion and privacy yet is only a 10 minute walk to a shop, bakery, several restaurants and the beach. There is also a much larger supermarket in Polis, a short drive away. The villa itself has the most amazing views of both mountains and sea and contains everything you require for your stay. There was a welcome pack of all the essentials which was very much appreciated after a day of traveling. Maria and Marios were at the end of phone in case of any concerns and always promptly addressed any issues.

Using the discount voucher from ‘Lets rent online’ we hired a boat for 4 hours from Latchi Watersports and explored the blue lagoon and the other smaller coves which was our favourite day out! We also ate at ‘Half way House’ which is open during the day and you can walk from the villa. The food was fabulous and we wished we had found this gem a little earlier in our stay!

We are returning next year and can’t wait to stay again at this wonderful villa.
Finally, we can not thank Steven at Lets Rent Online enough for always keeping in touch throughout the last couple of years. Our stay due to Covid was altered twice and for accommodating the changes that needed to be made. Thank you. .''

''We went as two family’s with kids( 4 adults, 4 elementary aged kids). The property is stunning, great view and very clean ( including the pool) the hosts are awesome and when we had an issue quickly fixed it. They even left us some breakfast food as they knew we were arriving late and wouldn’t get a chance to shop before the stores closed. Amazing! Would stay here again in a heart beat!

''Very comfortable villa, with large swimming pool. Excellent place for nice holiday. Highly recommended. Perfect location. 5-10 min driving distance to nice beaches and many superb food restaurants. Located on the hill, truly unforgettable full red sunsets.

Food was great, meat, fish and frutti di mare. Octapus was legendary. High quality food and service both in Latchi and in restaurants on the beach. Good that we had large swimming pool, otherwise each of us would gain few pounds.

Excelent service, quickly responds, immediately solves all issues. Highly recommended. Everything was so smoothly organized that not much communication was needed. We were positively surprised with a welcome basket, including good local wine, and even more surprise to find a large a very good apple pie on the table after few days. Little things, but they make a difference. All was excellent. .''

''The villa was by far the best we have ever rented. It was clean, well-equipped and very spacious. A television in every bedroom, as well as the large one in the living room, was very generous but we didn't feel the need to use any of them. We were a party of 3 but even with full capacity of 8, the villa wouldn't feel cramped. The bedrooms are large and contain plenty of drawers and wardrobe space. Although the ground floor bedroom itself would suit those with limited mobility, it's over-the-bath shower may not be appropriate. The kitchen was very well-equpped and enabled us to self-cater with ease. The large, warm pool was super. However, it's depth may make it unsuitable for young children and the lad

- "The villa is set in argaka just outside polis, with views of the sea in me side and mountains the other-side. The villa is spacious which was ideal for 2 families. The pool is a good size and regularly cleaned by the pool man ( comes very early ). I would definitely recommend using the resteraunts along the beach in argaka especially the bar and grill with the pirate ship outside ( Thursday Greek night ) we did not have 1 bad meal in any of the restaurants in the 10 days we stayed. We hired a boat for the day from latchi water sports to visit the blue lagoon which was beautiful. And definitely hire an off-road buggy to go up over the mountains. I would have no hesitation to stay in this villa again."

Every bedroom has its own bathroom (shower and toilet) Wich is perfect. The place is a bit of the road but the peaceful environment with a beautiful view makes you forget that fast. A private parking spot next to the villa. A gate Wich provides privacy and safety. The swimmingpool is big and useable for adults as it is for kids. We thought the check out was at 12 so we overslept when the cleaning team came up. The owner was very nice and apologized while we were the ones who made the mistake. Overall it is a super comfortable villa where you'll find your peace and tranquility. The beach is nearby as well as a little restaurant where you can have a great breakfast at the beach. - "We stayed for 9 nights in Tsikkos Ena. Check in process was super easy. Property manager was lovely, easy to contact & gave us notice of when housekeeping were visiting. Villa was very clean and had all amenities you could need. Multiple supermarkets nearby. Pool was clean & tidy and the beach is pretty much on your doorstep. The view from the balcony over the sea was gorgeous and we spent most nights there watching the sunset. We hired a car and would recommend doing this. A few restaurants within walking distance, but if you want to go a little further afield (and make the supermarket run a bit easier), a car is probably a good idea. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to others."

room. The stairs lead to the first floor where there are another three
bedrooms connected with ensuite family bathrooms (one master with king
size bed and two with twin beds). Outside there is a private swimming
pool with sunbeds, private tended gardens with dining and BBQ area. The
villa is at staggering distance to the beach.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
