You will be personally picked up from the airport with your rental car, in which you drive to your villa, so you have your private car during your stay. You drive back the car to the airport after your stay, and just drop it off there. The car is always young and safe and is provided by a famous rental car company.

A small shallow baby pool feeds into the main pool allowing tiny folk the chance to play safely. The main pool is warm and really well maintained. Absolutely pristine! It was lovely to have such a good sized pool to ourselves rather than fighting other guests at those large hotels. We loved the villa and would recommend it to anyone looking for a holiday which allows close access to the restaurants and shops in Avsallar Town but gives you a peaceful location to retreat to. On the last day we got our free lunch that was ok after finally a manager came and told reception about it. Unless you get to the pool by 7am you won’t have a sun bed The shop is a complete rip off so not shop there they change the prices every time you are in there. - "The property was not located in Alanya as per the address on our booking. The villa is located on the top of a hill, in The Mahmutlar area. The road to the villla is unsafe, with poor visibility, surrounded by construction and rubbish. Lots of ants inside the villa, we got bitten many times. It’s located on a very steep area and far away from the amenities of the resort, you need to walk up a hill for about 20 minutes. Our air conditioner didn’t work, we complained many times. There was a dead frog inside our pool. Broken sun beds. The worse of it all is the hotel management. They are so agressive, I personally think they have some mental issues, I never seen managers so unprepared and rude. Hotel makes up charges and threats the clients if they query it. The mattresses are like stone, and my husband has a bad back from it. The villa is like a sauna as the air con doesn’t work properly. Broken tiles in the pool. My son hurt his foot. Absolutely terrible, staff doesn’t speak English , unless they need to charge you for something, then suddenly their understanding of the English language improves. Stay away from this place, it’s just dirty , rude staff and in the middle of nowhere "
