- "Positives: excellent food with a great variety of choices, several conveniently located bars, excellent rooms and facilities, cleanliness, friendly service, no children. Overall, excellent value for money and a very good, smooth experience overall. Negatives: rather noisy place both inside and outside. Inside, due to the building design, all evening entertainment (such as godawful karaoke "singing") is heard without interruptions in all rooms overlooking inner atrium. When the same entertainment is moved to the bar near the pool, the rooms overlooking the pool (i.e. with the sea view) suffer from the same noise. (Fortunately, evening entertainment ends at 11pm. Unfortunately, drunken screams of guests kept coming from that atrium much later than that). Outside, the hotel is located close to the main coastal road between several equally huge hotels, resulting in a lot of noise and dust coming from the road and those hotels. For example, our room with a 'land view' was directly opposite a huge, very loud and noisy ventilation system of the adjacent hotel, which made opening the balcony door or using the balcony itself practically impossible because of very loud noise outside. Overall, the hotel could do better soundproofing, both from the noises inside and outside. What could also be improved: beach could be cleaner; scramble could be better cooked (out of 6 days we spend in the hotel, it was properly cooked only once); air conditioning could be more responsive to the remote."

- "Good Morning! The Hotel is good! The Expedia is a garbage Company! " - "My second time staying here. I was allocated room 502 on the fifth flloor as requested. Check in was super quick and I was able to get in earlier. I did have a few teething issues with my room. The mini fridge was hot and the lightbulb in the bathroom was blown. The lady on reception (I didn't get her name) was helpful, apologetic and promised to get this sorted the next morning, which she did. I did have other issues. The shower had some leak in the ceiling and was pouring on the bathroom floor. Other bulbs had gone, but I didn't report this. The room has a beautiful view of the harbour but this can be quite noisy at night. Minutes walk to restaurants, supermarkets, castle, and beach. The breakfast being the highlight. Excellent choice for all tastes. Always potato of some description, meat, and beautiful vegetable dishes on the hot items. Breads, muffins, fruit, salads, nuts, dried fruit, yoghurt etc. Fresh omelette or pancakes made for you. Juices, but the fresh orange was extra. An excellent stay as always, I will be back again next year. "

Pool too cold for me and the millions of cats i don't care for. The stair problem is a very big problem for disabled despite the ramps they have in which was also too steep for me you encounter stairs where you can't use the wheelchair. Guest and staff alike was ready to help tho which encouraged me to walk a bit more, even with difficulty, so if you can't manage stairs this is not the place for you!"

- "Everything was very nice and worth the money. Food was excellent, with many choices and enough variation. The resort area was big with many activities, especially children liked it very much. Beach was very good, not too deep but deep enough for diving and swimming. Sunbed reservation could have been controlled a bit more - many beds were occupied the whole day without anyone visible, only beach towels there. The gym/aerobic lessons were also good and the teachers very friendly. The rooms do not have much sound insulation (at least in our building near the beach). The blankets could have been better at least for Scandinavian taste. All service was in Russian by default and then in German, but everything we needed worked out also in English. The use of safes in the rooms were not included in the room prices. While not expensive, this is very odd in an all-inclusive hotel. In general, our holiday was very successful, and the hotel can be recommended. "
