- "Ever" - "Nice clean and tidy Staff good" - "The overall stay was great for our family we had 2 rooms next to each other with the great view, the check in was fast & quick. The service was good & the beach was definitely the best thing about the hotel. I rate it 4 stars since the rooms were very average & needed update, especially the tired bathrooms with moldy edges around the shower & for the fact that the front desk staff don't speak English. We had an issue with the reservation & had to go back & forth with hotels.com & the hotel reception to solve it. Hotels.com agent was on hold for such a long time while I was chatting with him on line waiting for some one who speaks English, finally he got disconnected without any resolution. Next day I called the hotel reception to check if they fix the issue & told them about the incident. They said: "do you believe that a 5 star hotel doesn't have someone who speaks English?" However, when we checked in & out & during our stay we never met any one who speaks English, lol. "

- "The apartment was comfortable and well fitted, we found it clean and tidy. Communication was good thanks to whatsapp" - "Situated in a small area of Erdemli this place is busy with local tourists in season and no one else in low season. The apartment was located on the main road overlooking the beach and although it is a lovely view its quite noisy with traffic from the main road. The apartment itself is spacious, light and airy, and a very reasonable price. The furniture was good; comfy bed and lounges, and air con but the kitchen was not very well appointed. There were no dinner plates, only bowls and 2 bread and butter plates, no knives, no tea towel and no plug for the sink which makes washing up tricky. The rest of the kitchen equipment was a mismatched selection of old bits and pieces. There were a couple of small supermarkets close by and a couple of local restaurants but none that had a written menu. We asked for a late check out as our ferry didn’t leave till nearly midnight and it took some persuading for the owner to allow that. "
