It’s all about the setting at our beautiful stunning sea front villa which has a fantastic sea view and is surrounded by open countryside. Impressive views come as standard here. When you want to hide away though, this villa makes the perfect retreat. The villa has been designed to make the most of the views. For starters, the balcony offers up sweeping views over the sea and the surrounding rugged mountains. And as far as the rest of the outside, it’s all set up for relaxation. It’s painted in a bright Mediterranean colour and comes with its own private pool which takes pride of place. There are also plenty of sun loungers and chairs for relaxing and lots of pool toys for a spot of fun! Everyone can sit in a generously well designed garden which is surrounded by a wall around the villa for complete privacy so you can sunbathe and dine in the garden area where you can also enjoy a barbeque in blissful seclusion. There is also a large terrace area upstairs on the first floor for total relaxation, admiring the sea view or watching the sun go down or star gazing in the evenings.

Inside the villa is just as pleasing. Crisp whitewashed walls keep everything fresh and light along with cool tiled marble floors are the mainstays. The ground floor has an open-plan design with a large lounge and dining room, meanwhile is decked out with contemporary furnishings, including comfortable sofas and a chic dining table. The apartment has a large open plan kitchen/dining and living area with patio doors opening on to a large terrace with seating, so you can enjoy the sunsets right in front of you. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need and more. The bedrooms (one with ensuite facilities) are at the back, shut off from the living area by a door so perfect for families with children who go to bed early. There is also a family bathroom next to the second bedroom. The apartment is situated right at the top end of the development 'away from it all' yet only a short walk to one of the communal pools, which is often completely empty, so you may have it all to yourselves. There is a shaded pergola there with sunbeds and parasols and sunbed mattresses are provided. From the pool terrace, there are amazing views over the ravine and towards the sea. Even in the height of summer, there is always a refreshing breeze here. Our huge roof terrace has sunbeds for sunbathing and a sofa to lounge on, as well as a dining table and a built-in BBQ for alfresco dining - and 180 degree sea and mountain views to die for! At night you can star gaze. You can often see shooting stars.

Spend a great time in Famagusta (20 minutes drive) - main city on the eastern coast with a lot of shops, bars, cafes and restaurants, where you can walk around the narrow streets in old town, shop for souvenirs or jewellery, have a cup of Turkish coffee with delicious baklava and a tasty kebab. Famagusta has a very rich history through the several civilizations and a place of great historic attractions including the Walls of the Old City with Othello tower and Sea Gate (climb the stairs of the Wall for a great views), ghost town Varosha, Lala Mustafa Pasha Mosque (former St Nicholas Cathedral), the old Royal Palace and numerous churches, St. Barnabas Monastery and Icon Museum.

20 minutes drive to Bafra with its casinos (also there is a casino in Salamis), hotels and marina.

You can also have a trip to the mountains to Kantara Castle or visit Karpaz National Park (wild donkey and sea turtles protection area) with it's famous golden beach and Apostolos Andreas Monastery.

The fully fitted kitchen has four ring cooker, microwave, large fridge freezer, automatic washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, pots, pans, plates, and all the usual things you find in the kitchen.
The large roof terrace has plenty of room four sunbeds and more for getting those all important rays while relaxing on your own private sun terrace
The complex has large pools with a kids water slide, tennis court, volley ball court, basket ball court, outdoor gym exercise area equipment, child's play area , putting green etc so the kids or dad wont get bored.
The hill top bar and restaurant is only a short walk away, i can recommend the steak, The small quaint harbor is only a five minute drive away or you can walk across the fields, it has some wonderful restaurants next to the sea with fantastic views, if your a fish lover then its a must.
Its only a very short drive to some wonderful beaches and you are located on the edge of the the protected national park areas with stunning views of Northern Cyprus
The old town of Farmagusta is only a 15 minute drive away with its many ruins that you can now take a tour round of no mans land, explore along with the shopping restaurants bars and eateries a wonderful place to spend d some time.
The highly recommended Ruins of Salamis are only a short drive down the road a must see while in Bogaz and at only approximately £1 entry you would be daft not too.

Very impressive the moment we stepped through the door. The open plan living area is a very spacious & light & airy with lots of home comforts. It has been well thought out by the owner. We were attracted by the spectacular views from the outside patio which over looks the vast open countryside, sea views & far reaching views beyond. The kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge freezer so you can fill the fridge full which is always a plus when you have a growing family to feed. There is plenty of cupboard space too. With a washer and a dish washer which makes life so much easier leaving you more time to enjoy your holiday. The living area has two sofabed settees which sleeps an extra 4 people.... something we were pleased to know as we are planning another stay with family. There is TV & WiFi which is always good with the kids. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes which provide ample hanging space & storage with patio doors providing fantastic far reaching views....which is a beautiful sight first thing in the morning! Our favourite place in the apartment has to be the rooftop terrace. It is an amazing outside space which has all round panoramic views of the wonderful far reaching open countryside, mountains & the sea. It is a fantastic suntrap where you can fully appreciate the peace and tranquility. You can relax in comfort with a fabulous selection of comfortable seating & sun loungers. We used the BBQ a few nights it was so lovely up on the roof terrace especially at night as there is plenty of soft lighting around adding to the relaxed atmosphere.
