Front office team was really bad, knowledge and communication did not appear, they could not even answer simple questions, can’t fix their own mistakes. They were not trained at all. Restaurant team looked tired of certain demographic of quests, who are demanding and rude to the staff, but once they get to know you staff was really nice. Burak from the main dinner restaurant stood up, he was very welcoming and helpful. Please check spelling and grammars in all your, menus, signs and lists. When arrangements were made for our pick up we were left stranded in the heat for an hour & half. Their phone is not answered & then we get told of a mis communication regarding pick up time!!!!! Even the day we left the lady was still hasseling us for the £20 when we had told her she did not provide the service we asked for. She was also talking to other people about us in another language which I found totally unacceptable."
