Front office team was really bad, knowledge and communication did not appear, they could not even answer simple questions, can’t fix their own mistakes. They were not trained at all. Restaurant team looked tired of certain demographic of quests, who are demanding and rude to the staff, but once they get to know you staff was really nice. Burak from the main dinner restaurant stood up, he was very welcoming and helpful. Please check spelling and grammars in all your, menus, signs and lists. When arrangements were made for our pick up we were left stranded in the heat for an hour & half. Their phone is not answered & then we get told of a mis communication regarding pick up time!!!!! Even the day we left the lady was still hasseling us for the £20 when we had told her she did not provide the service we asked for. She was also talking to other people about us in another language which I found totally unacceptable."

- "Huge resort with a lot of greenery. We got an upgraded room in a small building rather than a multi story one near the reception. The room was large, with a separate small coupe like room with 2 beds, i'd assume for kids, so they are semi separated from parents if needed. Big bathroom with strong shower. All the other necessities are in place. Huge pool with nice water temperature. Lots of bars, snack shacks, etc. They have a real turkish coffee made on the black sand, which is a nice addition to all other places. My only concern was food selections, i felt they could have been better, especially when comparing to other places. But still, a lot to chose from. I would recommend this place, though i think it's a bit too expensive for what it has to offer. "

The small pool was nice, the restaurant area modern and the location was good (about 5 min walk to the beach). But if everybody from the hotel wants to use it, it is a bit small and there is only 5 sun beds. We only had that problem 1 day out of 7. We had cleaning one day in the middle of our stay, which is ok considered how much we paid for the stay. Though it could be nice, if they took the time to empty our trash cans (specially the one in the toilet) The location was great, 10 minutes from the sea, 20 minutes from the old town. The hotel is great and you get value for money. I could easily return."

Rooms had missing light fittings. There was no sensor lights for staircase at night? The rooms were nice however. The food was not very good. No real breakfast. We will be at the villa to meet you on arrival and are contactable throughout your stay. The bus stop is 5 mins walk from the villa and takes you to Kumkoy, Side and Manavgat. Taxis are also available.There is a local park in the village with children's play area and adult exercise equipment free of charge. We can arrange car hire and airport transfers. Ilica village also has mini-markets, Barber, medical centre and chemist, there is also a large farmers market held on a Wednesday.

We had a disastrous start trying to pick up our pre booked car hire, the car hire company wanted to rip us off, trying to charge us double and leaving us stranded, but Elaine and Steve came to the rescue. Word of advice if Elaine and Steve offer you to help with car hire through their friend Suleyman....take it!!! He is a gentleman and can arrange this at a fraction of the cost. From the initial booking we had many emails back and forth, chatting about various things, so when we eventually met it was like meeting friends. The Villa is beautiful and immaculate, the kitchen is stocked with everything you could need and if there were any problems Elaine and Steve were just down the road and were happy to help. - "The location is lovely, and why I chose the hotel, quiet and overlooking the river. Staff welcome and friendliness was not present. Room nice and overlooking river, but only a light cotton bedspread and no sheet, no spare blanket in the closet. When I checked out I had to remind them that I needed to pay, he gave me a conversion of the Euro cost and I paid by card. I was then told that breakfast was at the hotel across the street, so never got to use the nice room by the river. Very mediocre Turkish breakfast. When I came out the reception guy was waiting to say he had given me the wrong conversion and I owed them 44tl more. I paid, but was left with a disappointed feeling. I live in Turkey and have not experienced such a lack of hospitality and warmth before."

The beach is very close, just 100 meters and you have sometimes a beach almost for yourself. That is lovely. The food is great and give value for the cost.
